The perfect golden moon emitted a bright glow, inviting the werewolf to howl as if responding to the call of the moon goddess. The gloomy greyish clouds passed by, a few of them trying to hide the enticing golden moon but only to be blown away by the wind.

In one of the cities in the spiritual kingdom, a three-year-old girl is playing with her new turtle pet. The turtle had a strong shell that made the little girl try to bite it.

She had no fang like her father, and even though she had one, she doubted her fang would be able to pierce the turtle's shell. The poor turtle was too scared because it thought the little girl would eat its head alive, hiding its head and legs into its shell.

The little girl knocked its shell, inviting the poor scared turtle to show its head.

"Where are you?" asked the little girl while turning the turtle upside down innocently, not knowing it brought further stress on the poor tiny creature.

Boom!

The little girl jumped out of shock when she heard an explosion coming from in front of her house. A noise that she had never heard before hit her ears like she was in front of a frightening screaming baby.

Well, she is still a baby, but at least she was not a crybaby.

"Mommy?" the little girl knew nothing about danger as her parent never taught her about the world… yet.

Her parents wished for nothing but her happiness and had a peaceful life, but it seemed their wishes would never come true.

"Mommy? Aaargh!!" the little girl shrieked in terror when her body floated in the air without warning.

Someone caught her tiny waists and clutched her body with painful grips making the little girl groan.

"NO!" the panicked mother jumped out from the ground and grew her beautiful majestic wings from her back to save her only daughter. "LET HER GO!!" the fury mother summoned light force in both hands to stroke her daughter's kidnapper.

Unfortunately, her power vanished in an instant the moment a black spear stabbed her back and pierced the light fae.

The little girl felt her eyes sting as her sights became blurred. As long as she could remember, she had never cried because she was her father's proud princess. Even if she falls and gets hurt, she won't shed tears because she's not a crybaby like other fae kids.

But when she saw her beloved mother was motionless, and her majestic imperial wings went limp, the little girl screamed in sorrow.

“MOMMAAAA!!”

The little girl went frantic and tried to escape from the clutches of her captor.

Unknowingly, her canines grew, and her chocolate-like eyes turned red, and they became darker. Out of rage, the little girl bit the kidnapper's hand hard until she could taste the delicious blood in her tongue.

"Ugh! What a little bitch!" the kidnapper released the girl and let the poor girl fall and descended in frightening speed.

The little girl did feel relieved that she finally managed to break free, but now her heart was hit by a great fear that she had never felt before.

Her mother was a royal light fae and had wings, but she was still not old enough to have the same wings as her mother. Her wings would appear when she turns eighteen. And when she meets her soulmate, only then will her wings become as beautiful and as majestic as her mother.

Unfortunately, she was not yet eighteen, and now no one could help her.

'Papa, save me.' cried the little girl, hoping her father would come to save her. She didn't dare look at the ground that was getting closer to her sight and closed her eyes.

As if hearing her silent prayer, the ground trembled, and the trees shook. Just as her head was about to hit the ground, her body once again lifted and flew away from the ambush location.

The poor girl was mentally exhausted and instantly fainted after finding out that the person who helped her was one of her mother's acquaintances.

The savior brought the unconscious little girl to the light fae elders and yelled in desperate.

"Please, check the kid. She's hurt!" begged the savior, beckoning one of the elders to check on the little girl.

"What happened to her?"

"It was the dark fae. They killed Trixy and intended to harm the child."

"That is not something surprising. This child brings a curse to our people. We have to get rid of her." was the hostile comment from the other elder.

"She is part of us!" roared the savior. "She is my niece!!"

"And your sister is dead! Just call her father!" refuted the stubborn elder.

"I won't hand her to that blood-sucker even if you step over my corpse!!"

"SILENCE!!" ordered the oldest and chief of the elders. He slightly opened the girl's eyelids and gasped in shock at what he saw. "She has drunk blood." his announcement was soon followed by others' gasped in terror.

"We need to kill her before she sucks our blood to death."

"But she is the fae princess's child."

"She is no longer our princess once she mated with that blood-sucker!"

"That's right. We need to kill her this instant."

"Touch her, and I will rip your wings!" threatened the light fae prince, causing the hostile elders to seal their mouth. "Elder Pyro, please save her."

"I wish I could, but she has tasted the blood, and her eyes will not return to normal. She was bounded to be a rogue vampire."

"No! There must be another way to save her. I won't let my niece become a rogue vampire and kill everyone senselessly. The Lords of realm would sentence her death."

Elder Pyro seemed to think for a moment and recalled something. "Yes, there is another way. But you have to let her go. She can't stay here anymore."

"..." the fae prince gritted his teeth in frustration. He wished he could take care of his niece and watch her grow up as a light fae princess.

But if the only way to save this child was to let her go from the fairy kingdom, he would do it.

"Tell me."
