Love is a unique superior force in the universe, much overly powerful and dangerous to play around with.
Absurd how the universe work in favor of most people, loving is relatively easy, handily loved. As for me Vanessa Charles maybe loving isn’t for me, I have considered love to be a thing of luck.
I retain me. Focused on hobbies and pursuing my career. Life is too short to be waiting on what could've been. I craved for the aggressive caress of a man on my skin, a man who knows what he wants, who is unapologetic about the way he slips his handsunderneath my dress and has his way with me. I better snap out of this pipe dream.
The semester was coming to end. I promptly walked into the lecture theatre. It was densely populated.
Dolly yipped “Vanessa!”
She waved her hands in the air
“Over here”
I approached Dolly, she embraced me.
“Lecture beginsin 5 minutes”
I nodded and grinned.
Professor Christiana Thomasfiercely stood on the Auditoriumin a purple velvet blazersuit.
“Good morning to you all”
The class responded. She began the lecture.
Professor Christiana is a sophisticatedyoung woman.Sheearned her stance. Rumor had it she wasn’t married yet. I have always wanted to be like her.She is a constant reminder ofthe woman I would become.
Later that day, after the lecture, I had to pick up my internship letter fromthe head of the department office. He wasn’t in the office but his Secretary hand the application form to me.
My phone beeped, I just received an allowance alert. I got preoccupied pressing my phone on the pedestrian walkway. I bumped into him.
“Young lady, kindly stay focused”
His deep voice was calm and attractive. I couldn’t resist the temptation to glance at his face. An elegant dark-skinned man, his beard was well kept. I fixed my gaze on his lips, never have I had a lustfuldesire to kiss the lips of a stranger.
“Are you okay?”
He asked waving his palm to my face. I felt his biceps; I must confess it was convenient being in the arms of a muscular man in a tuxedo. His fragrance enchanted me in chains to him; I don’t mind spending the rest of my lonely life in his arms. When it comes to men I’m wet behind the ears.I clasped him to myself.
He gasped
“I can barely breathe pretty lady”
I swiftly pulled away from him
“I’m so sorry, I wasn’t thinking straight. Gosh! I’m clumsy.”
He giggled
I won’t get bored chit-chatting with him all day, I had to leave but my feet won’t move. In his presence, I melted like wax. He glared at me, his eyes pierced into my soul.
“I believe you must be famished, perhaps lunch with me will ease whatever tension you have”
He stretched out his hand to me.
I like the sound of that. I grinned
“That will do”
I grabbed his hand and walked with him into a cafeteria.
After we had a delicious meal, I sat opposite him; I clapped my legs together, holding an orgasm. Avoid wetting my baby blue colorjean. Saving myself from embarrassment, I could barely raise my gaze to meet his eyes. I could tell his gaze was fixed on me.
“You are staring sir, what would I do to make it stop?”
I whispered.
He responded
“I’m DanielNicholas and you are?”
My eyes met with his, I was startled. I don’t think I can manage myself in his presence.
“I’m Vanessa Charles”
He caught glimpse of my internship application in my folder on the table. I followed his eyes.
“I’m an undergraduate of Hill bay university, studying computer science” I said quickly.
He reached for his pocket and handled me his business card
“You can come by my office hereafterto submit your internship application if you want to”
He checked his wrist watch and stood up
“I must have my leave”
My eyes followed him out of the cafeteria till I couldn’t catch glimpse of him. I have strange feeling my life won’t be same again from this moment henceforth.
