Have you ever gave up on trying to change your life because nothing seems to work out no matter how much you try, have you ever felt lost not knowing where life is taking you to and all you can do is sleep waiting for the next day to be over again. Have you ever lost the person you thought will never leave you behind leading to the lost of direction of your life, feeling left out in a strange world you don't understand and no one to talk to because you are used only to her. That's how Catherine felt deep down.

Catherine is 15 years old, she is an introvert since she grew up she never plays with other kids or talk much, all she do is sleep waiting for the days to go ahead cause she felt alone. She lost her mom when she was 7 years who was the only close person to her. She use to be talkative only when her mom was around and once she goes somewhere she will be seating outside the gate waiting for her to come always. No matter what happens to her she never told anyone always made sure she waited for her mother to come back so she can tell her, she never cried in front of anyone when her mom is not around she always waited for her to come back so she can start crying. She was very close to her mom that she can not eat any food from anyone but her mother. She never knew her father but she didn't mind since she was sure her mom will always be there for her. She had a brother who is two years older than her and they looked very alike.

One day she was send to her grandma's house to school there because her mom was sick. Even though her mom was sick she made sure she go to visit catherine every weekend, and she will find her at the gate looking at the road waiting for her mom. Whenever she will come she will run than start talking about everything that happened the whole week, what others kids did, what her grandma said to her and what teachers said to her cheerfully and she will talk until evening not leaving her mom's side and her mom will smile and listen carefully what she was saying. Her mom starts vomiting badly which scared Catherine but her mom always hides her pain not wanting catherine to see that she was dying. When her mom was about to go back she will go back to being quite and lonely.

One day she came from school she was told by one of her aunt that she was going to visit her mom so she silently quickly pack all the rewards she got from school in the bag to show her mom, whenever she is in a taxi she always feels like the taxi drivers aren't fast enough so she keeps looking at the window. When they reached town she noticed the taxi is not heading to her mom's house she wanted to ask but decided not to, so she can ask her mom. The taxi stopped at the hospital and her aunt told her to get off they reached, she was confused so she slowly walked behind her aunt. They reached a small room where doctors told them to cover themselves with masks, Catherine began more confused later when they went in she saw her mom lying in bed, she was in a very bad condition that scared Catherine so she didn't run to her mom as usual. Her mom looked at her with a very bright smile which made Catherine go closer to her. Than her mom told her to go outside with her, the fact that Catherine was not talking too much as usual broke her mom's heart cause she wanted her to say out what she was thinking so she will be assure that she is not sad but she kept quite. Her mom kept talking but she only nodend. later she said she wanted to tell her something but while she was about to say something she went dizzy and faint. Catherine kept calling her mom until doctors took her away. She went home she was always alone shedding tears and looking at the road. When it was weekend she kept waiting for someone to take her to her mom or her mom to come but no one did. Than she over heard her aunties telling each other that her mom is asking for her but she is not going there because she will only scare her as she is still young. When she heard this she went under bed and cried and fell asleep, people noticed she was nowhere to be found they kept calling her and looking for her but they didn't see her and looking at footprint she never left the house. They got scared and told people who are looking after her mom at the hospital. They planned to hide it from her mom but luckily she was not asleep than she started to ask her self,"my daughter is not used to anyone or telling anyone else about anything bothering her now how will I be able to leave this earth peacefully knowing my daughter is going to suffer". She shed some tears cause she knew by now her daughter is somewhere hiding waiting for her mom and crying, which was all true. It got dark they still can't find Catherine since she is just sleeping forgetting she was under bed. Her grandma was very sad cause she knew Catherine's mom is somewhere worrying about her daughter and she is already in a bad condition, Catherine's grandma was blind even though she wants to find her granddaughter she doesn't know how to start.

Later Catherine woke up she was surprised that she was under bed and it was dark, she struggled to get out and went outside and everyone was very shocked to see Catherine getting from the room that they searched so they quickly went to her to ask her what happened and where she was but she was just quite. They called back at the hospital to tell people that they found Catherine and her mom felt Abit relief but still worried about her. Catherine's brother was a careless that's why her mom was not worried about him or pay too much attention to him, she knew he can manage. Catherine's mom kept insisting to see her daughter but they refused while catherine was so sad since it's a first weekend she was not able to see her mom. One day Catherine came back from school she saw a lot of people at her grandma's house so she was confused, she saw a lot of cars from her mom's work place and people who where with her mom at the hospital. Instead of being excited to think that maybe her mom recovered she felt that it was wierd since she felt like crying and sad. When she reached the gate she saw people who were on their way to look for her. They started crying and everyone was looking at her, she saw her aunt sitting down crying and her grandma called her. She shed some tears but after she was told her mom passed away she stopped crying and told herself deep down that her mom will never leave her behind and looked at people as crazy thinking her mom will leave her behind. She than moved somewhere waiting for her mom to come back as always so she can tell her what her aunt and grandma told her and how people where crying. A day went by everyone was surprised that Catherine was not crying but they didn't think much about it. The day of burial reached Catherine waited for her mom to wake up from the coffin and the next thing she saw is that people are burying her already. She felt confused and cried looking at people burying her mom there and when she was told it's time to go she couldn't believe it that she was going to leave her mom under there, she couldn't believe her mom really left her, she looked around and felt like all people are strangers and she than at that moment felt she was alone and she never felt like that. She was scared and kept asking herself who she was is going to wait for since her mom was buried there. She than kept quite since she doesn't know who to complain to and who to cry for since her mom and is not around. Her brother looked at her although he was also young he was heartbroken to see how confused and frightened her sister looked. Deep down Catherine was begging her mom to come back but the next thing she saw is that one of her aunt packing her clothes saying she was going with her. She than felt sad looking at the spot she always sat waiting for her mom to come home, looking at her mom's room where she always sat when she missed her and looking at her mom's room open which always frightened her as she forget that her mom is not there anymore running there cause it only use to open when her mom was home so running calling her mom and hearing another person answering thinking catherine consider her as mom already breaks her heart and disappoints her tears run down her little chick as she was told it was time to go. She was going with one of her aunt leaving her grandma's house. She hides her tears cause she only use to feel free to cry in her mom's present.

2 years went by catherine talks less she cry every night when everyone is asleep. Always dreaming of her mom but luckily every holiday she went to her grandma's house and didn't notice how she started to grow a Bond between her grandma and her but one day she came from school she was told her grandma passed away. She cried so hard and felt like she will stay away from people not to go through any pain of feeling sad anymore. She than shut the whole world away.

Now she is 15 it was time for her to go to high school, she looked at other kids laughing happy being brought by their parents while she was all alone. At evening people where socializing with each other but when ever anyone greets her she faked a smile and find a reason to walk away. She than decided to go buy sweets at the school tuckshop than one guy appeared he was very different that Catherine wants to look at him more. He smiled at her heading to her and her heart beat start beating fast that she doesn't understand why or what's happening so she kept looking at him the guy snatched the sweet she was eating but she was still lost in her thought than the electricity went off she grabbed the guy cause she was scared without second thought
