Mei pov ..

Sitting on my small shop , a warm smile tugged my lips after looking at one of my finest new designs that I have seen and made , I wish somebody can buy this and appreciate it the way I do with all of the effort that I usually put on them .

The clothes that I have made makes me happy everyday I lay my eyes on them , I feel confident and on top of all everything in me sounds positive .

Mei , what are you day dreaming about, ? My sister Alessia asked after entering the small shop that was just two houses away from our home .

Umm I .. umm nothing, I stuttered and hide the beautiful dress on my lap . Ahh okay, mom's calling you . You need to go now and don't forget to close this shit of a shop after , because I am sure there are lot of chores that are awaiting you .

Okay I cracked out and sighed after ahebanged my door and left, I am used to this and this shouldn't be something that has to ruin my day .

Smiling broadly I stood up with the piece of dress and attached it on me and twirled around , it was long, but thin from the stomach and strapped with beads that I got on the market the other day ,. A satin cloth was attached inside and a heavy red sach completing the whole red dress .

I fold it and put it on one of the huge old cupboard and sighed . I took the basket that was beside the entry door filled with what we were going to eat today ,

Spinach , some fruitss and rice that I have bought earlier today by my own money , not that I care really .. it's my responsibility to share what I get ith my family members , i kept on reminding myself that everyday .

Way to go .. I beamd and shut the door and locked it after , I hummed a soft tune and walked home , from a fare I could see a commotion ..

Ah this again, I groaned frustrated .

I ran until I was near , what In the hell are you guysusy doing, ?? Can't you see you are both embarrassing yourself out here,? Letting people looking at you everyday fight like pigs , ?I question my mom and sister Alessia who looked at me with plain disgust,

Don't talk to me like that !! They both yelled out,rolling my eyes I look at the people who were looking at us like we were something interesting .

Rolling my eyes , I walked inside our small house . Life is really hard and those two are still making things complicated . How ironic , I muttured and went to the fireplace to make lit up the fire ,

Not soon, the entry door of our house banged open and inside came the fuming Alessia and the angry mother .

You stupid girl , she gritted out and looked at me annoyed , I know she was capable of beating me up but not today ,

I won't risk it ,

I do everything at home , and they tend to stick their assss in some business that does not concern them . Great right, ?

And what do we have for lunch , mom asked after sighing,

I thought it will be a key for you too what meup and scold me like always , I fired back ,

You are really testing her huh, ? Alessia asked ,

I don't care Alessia , I am used to the both of you .I trailled off and started cutting the vegetables that I put on the small table .

You'd didn't answer my question , mom said .

Well we are having rice , spinach and some fruits that I bought today earlier ,

That shit !! ?? Alessia exclaims making me roll my eyes , oh please .. we don't live in royalty for goodness sake ,

Stop insulting whatt can feed your stomach , I tell her sternly, .

Don't tell me what to do Mei , how am I supposed to eat rice everyday ans spinach , ? Am I a rabbit or some kind of a Pig, ?? Stop overreacting, if you want something better then go out there find yourself a fucking prince and bring food on the fucking table !! I yelled pissed ,

Give me some money Mei , I want to grab something on the neighborhood, she says and walks to me and giving me her hand .

I knew exactly what she was referring to,. But I have been trying my best to keep her off from all her urges.

I have no money mom ,I tell her which is the half truth.

Shit !!I cursed under my breath and sighed ,

"Bu..t Mom .." I whinned frustrated but I was rewarded with a tight slap that erupted fire on my cheek .

I haven't forgotten how violent she could be because of her drinking and gambling addiction , I just can't stand her nor my fucking sister who is as selfish as mom.

Alright !!I cried out and took the coins that I had warned for the day and gave her everything with anger and stormed out of the house before Alessia starts any if her dramas too .
