Sheila's POV:
Late! Late!! Late!!! Oh, God! Please help me. I don't want to be late, at least not for the first day of my college. I prayed to my dear God and walked so fast inside the college campus as thinking of how I am going to make an excuse.
Shit!! I should have woken up earlier rather than dreaming of my future with my two children. Really Sheila? You don't have a boyfriend even to think about your future, but here you were dreaming of having children, aren’t you? Don't tell anyone about your silly dream, they will make fun of you.
Cursing my mind for what seemed to be thousand times, I sped up my walk.
All these places are new to me. I shouldn't have left my native place. I left all my crazy friends and loving parents behind just to study here. Now I regret why I choose this college to build my career even though plenty of good colleges are in my hometown that would make me feel like home.
Will I get any friends here? At least one? I doubt it, cause I'm not the person who would voluntarily drag their lazy ass to anyone just to develop a friendship. My friends used to call me a lazy buck, because of the inability running in my blood system when it comes to making a friendship bond.
Maybe I should change my attitude and try my best to get one. Yeah, you can sheila. We can give it a try, it's not a bad idea anyway. I smiled inwardly and walked further.
As I was in my deep thought I didn't notice whoever is coming towards my direction until I collided with the solid object and the effect made me fall down with my butt off.
"Owwch! What is this?" I rubbed my back where I got a firm slap by the ground and looked at the object. But my assumption was proved wrong the moment my eyes landed on the figure who's watching me intensively.
Oops!! I accidentally bumped into him.
I studied his features one by one as he looked like one of the Greek God to my eyes and I'm not kidding, cause he's so gorgeous that could make any girls fall for him at first sight. He has a well-built body, strong arms, long legs but red eyes.
Why red eyes? Aren't they supposed to be white?
He was looking straight into me, the rage was filled in his eyes; that's why it seemed red. By the way of his look, even a blind person could feel they were in trouble. But why? It was just an accident. I'm not intentionally bumped into him, am I?
When I looked around the surrounding, I saw the students who were chatting to themselves just a while ago, left their business and gathering around us like something is going to happen.
I felt the tension between the airs and heard some whisper from the students. They all have curiosity in their eyes as somewhat expecting what is going to happen next. Some of them even started to take videos on their phone.
I looked at the boy who was standing in front of me whose hand was in a fist like he was going to haunt someone. His aura was so strong; it will make everyone bow their heads immediately.
He was almost 6.2' in height and has cream-coloured skin. He was wearing a white Shirt which tucked neatly under his black jeans. His hair was neatly combed back. He has dark brown eyes with lengthy eyebrows that furrowed together, which seems, he was thinking deeply.
As to confirm my assumption, he smirked evilly looking at me which brought a shiver down into my spine.
"Listen, everyone!" He sought all their attention. His voice was thick yet sexy too. "She!" He pointed a finger towards me and said, "From today onwards she is going to serve me and would be my new toy."
What? Is he insane? Why is he creating such a drama for nothing?
Everyone cheered loudly in happiness like they won a lottery. I know something is wrong with these people.
I gulped down slowly and looked into his eyes. "I am sorry. I didn't see that you were coming in my direction but I know it's my mistake, please forgive me. if..." But he was not ready to hear what I am going to say because he grabbed my arm and twisted it making me yelped in pain.
"Listen, when I am talking to you that doesn't mean you can talk me back. Got it?" He asked adding more pressure on his grip.
I slowly nodded my head not finding any words to say; his voice showed more authority that could shut everyone's mouth in an instant.
"Good! Now go and bring me a coffee." He said and walked away like he owns this place.
What he, really? "Idiot." I muttered under my breath. If he thinks I will follow him, then he is the number one ash. I ignored all his threats just to search for my class.
My intention is not to get late for the first day of my class, but it all went numb, because of that stupid jerk although my silly dream is a mini part. I'm already late for my class and again he wasted my precious time just because I was bumped into him.
"Shuu!!!" I let out a sigh of relief when I found my classroom. Finally, I find it.
Every pair of eyes turned in my direction when I stood at the entrance of my classroom. I excused myself and awkwardly walked into the class. Here my favourite place, the last seat, was empty so I took that seat and set my bag under the desk.
The students were started to introduce themselves and it's my turn. Introducing myself briefly, I took my seat back not bothering to look anyone's face as all of a sudden insecurity crept through my vein.
Everyone in my classroom seems very rich. Not my surprise at all, this is one of the highest colleges in India and I'm glad I get the chance to study here. But now I'm not sure. Am I really happy?
I have some interest in 'Electronics devices' so I attended a lot of seminars and eventually got a scholarship and now l am here to start my career as a fresher.
As of saying myself, I'm from a middle-class family and I am very happy about that too. I never compare myself to others especially rich peoples, because I can't exactly say whether they all are really happy in their lives.
My father is a fisherman and my mother is a housewife, these two are the very most important peoples in my life and they always support my decision. When I said I'm leaving Chennai for my studies they got upset. Later they understood and compromised themselves.
My family has an average background. We are not poor, nor rich. We have the ability to fulfil our everyday necessities. I have one younger brother named 'Karem' who is studying in his 12th grade. But no one ever tells he is the younger the way he behaves. He is so protective when it comes to his elder sister and would always treat me as a child.
Sometimes I too doubt myself that who is the younger one here. He is a caring and lovable person. I really missed him. My little boy.
Once the bell rang, everyone went outside. It's break time, so I planned to go to the cafeteria to get me a brunch since I hadn't eaten anything from the morning and my stomach became to grumble loudly begging for food.
I don't have any friends here and I didn't find anyone yet. "It may take time." I convinced myself and with that being said, I walked towards the direction of the cafeteria to have a wonderful breakfast and coffee but things turned out in another way.
Karma is really a good friend and it will follow wherever you go even though you weren't committed any sin.
Even before I could enter the cafeteria, a hand grabbed my arms and shoved me against the wall making myself gasp. His grip on my shoulder was strong and firm enough to leave a mark there.
A painful, yet, small whimper let out of my mouth when I saw the owner of those two strong arms. He was none other than the crazy boy who I met in the morning, who claimed me as his doll.
I looked into the furious red-looking eyes that sent a cold shiver into my spine. If a look could kill anyone then I was dead now, no doubt.
"What did I tell you in the morning?" He roared.
Ohh! Jesus!!!! I am in the biggest trouble.
