A disheveled, hunchbacked skinny woman walks in the bustling city district before gradually, entering an upscale hotel.
Much like a walking corpse.
A hotel staff intercepts her, "Miss, this is the finest five-star hotel in City B. Ordinary people can't just enter. Please leave."
The scruffy woman pulls out her invitation, a shiny gold one at that, "I'm here for the wedding."
And so, the disheveled woman slowly walked into the luxurious wedding venue. All other guests in the banquet hall are either high society or even big celebrities, all of which distanced themselves when they saw the disarrayed woman. Disgust and scorn filled their eyes.
"Why did she come looking like that?"
"She's the young miss of the Gu Group, even if Gu's family collapsed, she shouldn't come here to disgrace herself, even if she's reduced herself with something undesirable."

Gu Xi hooked up the corners of her lips and pressed a remote button she was gripping in her hand. At that moment, a video began to play on the huge screen.
The eyes of the guests on site were all drawn to the giant screen where a video had just started playing.
In the video, a stunningly beautiful woman slowly undressed, striding towards a man in a black suit. The man looked dignified and majestic.
She then embraced the man from behind and confessed, "Uncle Jiu, I like you, I like you very much. Now that Gu Xi is gone, she doesn't know how to treasure your feelings.
