Lea-Candice Angelic White was a young beautiful qualified interior designer and property developer whose daddy was Australian and her mother was South African.Lea owned the biggest Interior design studio in Africa and White Candy properties. One day as she was shopping she saw a young,tall handsome man working there, it became love at first sight. Unfortunately she didn't approach the guy decide to ask the security about the guy. When she got home, she did a research about the company.
The following day Lea decided to apply for a job as sales consultant in the company. After one week Lea was called to an interview at Larson Direct Marketing. Lea got the job started the next day. She was introduced to her trainer a beautiful woman name Tamar.
"Goodmorning Lea ,this will be your trainer and leader Tamar ,She will be training you on the field and how you going to use the app",
"Morning Mr Mike and thank you,I am looking forward for my first day at training and nice to meet you Tamar, I hope to learn fast" says Lea.
They left to the field they were sent to The Zone Rosebank their campaign was selling insurance, Tamar explained everything to Lea and how they will go to a fashion store approach customers and pitch to them about the insurance. Lea was looking forward to it. They first had breakfast where Tamar bought bread,eggs and ham. Lea was so humble and willing to do anything Tamar taught her.
Tamar:"Lea can you please tell me about yourself and your dreams what are hoping to achieve in this company."
Lea replied: "My name is Lea White, I am 26 and I studied interior design at Monash University. My dreams are to have my own interior design studio and also emerge on properties, I hope you don't mind If I also ask about yourself".
Lea had interest to know Tamar better,her personality,Her hobbies and likes and where is she from. Lea was interested in friendship also.
Tamar responded:,"I am Tamar Hill , I am 28 years and I have bachelor's degree in business management. I was born in Cape Town and stayed I relocated when I started working at company. I enjoy going to gym and karate. I started working in Larson 6 months ago, Mike was my trainer and he got promoted to assistant manager 2 months ago ,my goal is to be an assistant manager in the next two months and you are actually my 12th member in my team already have two trainers,5 level 1 and 5 level 2 beginners. If I can get three guys to be trainers this month then I will be naturing them to start recruiting and building their teams. The company has their own house but you cater for yourself " as Tamar spoke Lea was interested in getting to know more about how to make to another level as soon as possible so Tamar explained further to her. In the next three days you will be shadowing me on how to pitch to the customers. I will let you work with other trainers to help you and learn from them for more knowledge ,so let's go and start our day so we can reach the target".
As they were going Lea still wanted to know more because her goal was not to be a sales consultant for six months in this company. So she kept on asking Tamar questions after questions. Tamar was so excited about how Lea was eager to learn,as the day went on they enjoyed working together, Lea was doing great; she was used to working with people. They left the field went back to the office where Lea was tested with few questions on what she learned on the first day. She passed the test. Mike told her to come next day she will start at 7 o'clock. Lea left very tired as she wasn't used to be standing and walking around the whole day. She arrived home, took a long bubble bath while she was resting she received a phone call from Tamar asking if she traveled well. Lea didn't have many friends so she was happy to hear from Tamar. They spoke for few minutes until Tamar said goodnight.
