In a wide capacious room, a big plasma TV hung loosely on the beautiful painted blue wall.
There were two different wardrobes standing elegantly beside a mirror on the other side of the room, and a few metres away from the mirror was a pink coloured cushion with beautiful little teddies on it.
In the middle of the room was a king sized cozy bed and sleeping on it was a beautiful teen girl lost in her own world of fantasies.
Her beauty sleep was suddenly interrupted by the awful noise her alarm made, waking her up from sleep and she couldn't help but groan inwardly.
"Wake up lazy ass, it's time for school."
She heard her mom's annoying but sweet voice yell just outside her door, making her immediately flung her eyes open.
"God, I hate school."
She muttered in her rare dulcet tone as she slowly stood up from the bed and lazily dragged her feets to the bathroom.
.
.
.
She's Rosalie Kim, half American, half Korean.
Her family just moved to California two weeks ago and she was still adapting to the new environment.
Getting out of the bathroom minutes later, she applied lotions on her skin and slowly made her way to the wardrobe to get dressed for school.
It was her first day in a new school and she wouldn't want to mess it up.

.
Walking down the stairs to the capacious living room, Rosalie could hear the susurrate voice of her mom discussing with her dad who was also whispering as well.
She was about walking in when her mom's next words made her halt on her steps.
"How do I tell her she's betrothed to a prince?"
She heard her mom ask frustratedly.
Betrothed? What was she talking about?
"I don't care how you do it Lizzy, but you got to make her understand it's for the good of the family."
Her dad replied.
"Oh, so you just expect me to walk up to our daughter and tell her she's betrothed to a stranger who's coming in three days time? Why don't you tell her yourself, you were the one who betrothed her to a prince in the first place!"
Her mom yelled, and by the tone of her voice she could tell she was angry.
What the hell were they talking about?
Betrothed to a prince? Three days time?
None of this made any sense to her.
"We both know I did it for the good of this family!"
She heard her dad also yelling back.
Ok, this was getting serious.
Her mom was about to reply when a sudden knock on the door interrupted their conversation.
Fuming silently, her mom made her way to the door and upon opening it revealed a beautiful girl who had a bag hung loosely on her shoulders.
"Good morning ma'am."
She greeted smiling.
"Morning Brianna, please come in,"
Mrs Kim replied, returning back the smile.
"Good morning Mr Kim."
Brianna greeted with her usual beautiful smile as she made her way into the house.
"Morning Brianna, how are your parents?"
Mr Kim asked.
"They're fine sir,"
The girl replied.
"Rosalie is almost ready, allow me call her upstairs."
Mrs Kim muttered walking away.
"There will be no need for that."
Rosalie announced, walking into the living room and acting as if she didn't hear a dime of what they said earlier.
"Morning Mom, morning Dad, morning Brianna."
She greeted, giving her mom a kiss on the cheeks.
"Morning sweetheart, how was your night?"
Mrs Kim asked.
"It was great mom."
Rosalie uttered, walking towards Brianna.
She lived two houses away and fortunately she attended the same school with her so they'd become friends.
"We'll be off to school now mom."
Rosalie added and without waiting for response walked out of the house.
"Goodbye Mr and Mrs Kim"
Brianna stated, trailing behind Rosalie.
"But you haven't had your breakfast yet!"
Mrs Kim yelled after Rosalie but her daughter was long gone.
"So stubborn."
She sighed making her way towards the kitchen.

STARHIGH COLLEGE.
Alighting from Brianna's car, Rosalie couldn't help but gaw at the sight that welcomed her.
The school had a beautiful water fountains. Wasn't that amazing?
Slowly tilting her head up, she saw a signboard made of glass which hung loosely on the school gate and the words "STARHIGH COLLEGE" were boldly written on it.
The school was a very classy and elegant one.
One of the best school she'd ever seen in her life.
It was truly a school for the rich.
"Come on Rosalie, the insides are waiting."
Brianna teased pulling her along as they made their way into the enormous school.
"Unfortunately we aren't in the same class, but I'll definitely show you around the school."
Brianna added making her way into one of the classes.
"Here, sit here, I told a friend to save a school for you."
Brianna muttered and Rosalie made her way to the chair as she made herself comfortable on it.
Seconds after she sat, murmurs generated in the classroom as two guys made their way into the class.
Rosalie slowly raised her head up and her heart skipped a beat.
There standing infront of the class stood the most handsome guys she'd ever seen.
One had jet black hair while the other had silky brown her, they both had pale skin.
Were they humans or demigods?
Their beauty was just out of the world.
"Who are they?"
Rosalie whispered as she watch the two beauties make their way into their seats.
"That's Axel Zane,"
Brianna replied pointing to the beauty with brown hair.
"That's Alexander Smith."
She added pointing to the one with jet black hair.
"They are the school beauties and believe me when I say all the girls are falling head over heels for them.
I mean who wouldn't? Aren't they just so cute?"
Brianna muttered, dreamily staring at the two beauties.
"Let me guess, you're crushing on the Alexander guy?"
Rosalie asked noticing how Brianna cheeks burned as she drooled at the beauties.
"Of course not, isn't Axel so cute like a floppy little bunny?"
Brianna gawed and that was when Rosalie noticed she was drooling at the brown haired guy.
"Enough of the drooling Brianna, it's time for class."
Rosalie uttered and almost immediately a lecturer walked into the class.
"Oops, I'll see you during lunch break."
Brianna announced walking out of the class but not without staring at Axel one more time before she left.
