3night before
The night is still young, says the alcoholic beverage in my hand as I danced my night away only to awaken and behold myself in a hotel, naked and sleeping beside me was a man, out of fear and disbelief I tiptoed my way out of the room and the moment I closed the door from behind, I ran out of the hotel like a lunatic, thankfully I won't be seeing him anymore, or so I thought?".
Present-day.....
God as a way of making us pay for our sins, one way or the other, I thought I won't be seeing the man at the hotel three nights ago but surprised he was a business partner to my very own father, "Leonard heart". And if my father gets to find out the crazy escapade I made with his business associate, he's going to cut off my head with a flipping chainsaw.

"Good morning mom".? I veered closer and pined a kiss on her cheeks, mom turns to me and gave me the look, do you know? That look you get whenever you are caught doing something wrong, the stright and cold stare your mom gives when she's not happy with you, well that's the same glare mom gave to me,

"Urgh! What crime have I committed mom?".?
I asked oblivious to the fact that I came home drunk again last night, and before you say a word, I went to a friend's birthday party and also didn't find myself in a hotel this time, hallelujah!".and yes, I love partying, they don't call me hearts fire for nothing, am always there come rain come shine.
I know I am not the best daughter in the world but I love my family, most especially my loving twin sister, she's my everything and I am willing to do anything for her and her happiness.
My question seems to get her upset but before she got a chance to reprimand me, someone else interrupted us.
"Lisa's heart.
I got up the moment I took heed of my father's deep voice and gosh! Was he furious?
"Yes, father!".? I answered back veering my gaze to the ground, rather he lifts it and I met his deep gaze on me.
"Why were you drunk last night?". Dad asked me, for some reason I wasn't able to find my words or you can say father got me distracted, urgh, that man as a way of getting what he wants.
"No-nothing father, I wasn't drunk" in a shuddering voice I said to him, but father thought otherwise, as he pulled me close, and angrily asked me for a second time, "why were you drunk last night?".
I knew Dad wasn't going to back down so easily, he forgets I am his daughter, the medium he uses to get words out of my mouth, is different from mine, I will not give in so easily.
My eyes soared around as I tried to lie my way through, but luckily I got saved by my sister, "Tara" who knew how to save me from our father's indignant glare.
Tara just took a step into the living room and suddenly fell unconscious, immediately it got Father's attention, he rushed out to her and invariably forgot about me.
Mom shoots a disappointing look at me and walked over to where dad was, anxiously waking my younger sister, who faked being unconscious just to save my ass from getting Burnt.
I watched as dad showered his love on her, his eyes were slowly tearing up when tara finally decides to wake up, we both looked at each other and shared a smile.

"Oh! Thank God, Are you okay".
Dad asked tori as she responds to him donning a weak smile.
Eventually, I left, seeing my presence there wasn't needed, Tori watched me and afterward came in to meet me.
"Are you okay sis?" She asked, veering my attention towards her, "I am okay" I had to make sure she believes that by wearing a huge smile on, but Tori was no child anymore, she pulls a step backward and tried to read the representation on my face "Hmm, okay!! I'll believe you but don't mind dad, he wants the best for us both". She lets out softly to me.
My sister has always been the Daddy's Little girl, and mom's little princess, whereas I was good for nothing, partying diva, who got absolutely nothing to do with her life, so my parents think.
Not once have they asked me about my dreams, goals, ambitions, I don't even think, they still remember the day of my birth, but no worries, I love my family, and trust me I'll always be there for them most especially my sister.
" yes sis, I am okay".
Twice I kept repeating the same words, Tori pulls me closer and hugged me. "I love you, sis, no matter what happens". She whispers to my ears, which smudge a weak smile on my lips.

The following morning, it was weekend, a lazy Saturday and I had this plan to stay in bed although the day and bench watch my favorite series,

in the last episode, Sophia the main character of the story, took a fall for the man she loves, it crazy and trust me, I had no plans today than to lay down and watch till my eyes fall out of its socket.
Everything was set to start my show, from the TV, cable as been on, I was still on my pajamas after taking bath and lastly refreshments, popcorn, and milkshake, prepared by our favorite kitchen assistant, Mrs. Elena,

I took my position and laid down back on the bed when suddenly I heard mom scream.
Without hesitation, I run out of my room and met her in a deplorable mood, her eyes were red and her hands kept shaking.
"Mom! Is everything okay?" I asked as Tori walks in and fall to the floor with a startled look.
It's been over an hour now and no one wants to tell me what the problem was, Tori kept on holding a piece of paper, whereas mom rests her back on the wall.
"Mom! Tori, can you both tell me what the heck is happening, I don't understand, what's going on?".
I copied back my eyes to them and an inch close to yelling at them, as mom finally answered back to me.
She says lifting her gaze to mine"I just got a call that your father was in an accident and his car caught on fire and burnt him to ashes".
It felt like the whole world stopped and it was left for me to understand what just happened, I dropped down to the floor shocked and if that wasn't enough, Tori gave another shocking news.
"I also got a call from Juliana, dad's secretary, she told me that father, took a loan for over a million dollars from the bank and he hasn't paid back the money".
Tears roll from her eyes, as she continues talking, "she just told me that, the time for the loan to be repaid has elapsed and the bank is coming to take over everything dad owns".
