At the parking lot.
A cops is trying to the settle down under the shade of the shop's roof.
He lay down and taking his rests. At the parking lot a car bumped into the other car. As the bumper shaken and get out of his car. "Please am so sorry..." He said. As the other guy come out of the car. "How could you just bump into my car?" The guy said.
"I am sorry.."
"Don't be sorry. Don't you have eyes.. am going to somewhere very important now how do you want me to get there?" The guy asked.
"Nevermind because you are going to pay for all the destroy things.." Then the guy add
"Um I don't have money. Am just a taxi man. Since morning I have just a passenger. He haven't pay." The man begged.
"I don't care or am going to report to the police.." The guy threatened.
"Please... Don't report to the police they are going to get things complicated." The man begged.
"I say I don't care.. are you going to pay or i should just report you to the police?." The guy asked.
"Please I don't have money.."

The police under the shade stand up and looked around as he is hearing all sort of noise. He look deep to the parking lot and saw the guy and the man screaming.
"What could be wrong? Country not good. Citizens not good too. How are we going to make our country more better one day?"
"Gosh." He exclaimed as he walked closer to them..
"Hey what is wrong?" He asked.
As the man seemed been afraid. The young guy had no intention of reporting to the cops he just want to use it in threatening the man so that he can pay up the Bill he want.
"Sir.. i bumped into his car and I have been begging him since morning bit he didn't want to let me go.." The man said.
"Is that true? Don't you see things? How could you be so old and senseless? Even if you're old and didn't have any other work to do. You can kindly drive safe. You have to do whatever the young guy want else I'll take you to the station and the court will charge to for traffic overruled." The cop said.
"Um.. how could you support him? Today isn't the first this thing happen and we have to settle it within ourselves. Talk to him so that we can settle this calmly. Please I don't have any money. " The man said.
"Hey.. am a pitiful man. Let ask the young guy. Hey man, have you forgive him?" The cop asked as they stared at his face.
"No I'll never let it go.. it is my new car."

I walked out of the car as the cop who I suppose to be trying to make peace with them were not even giving them any chances. Since the year 2016 i joined NATO. As a special spy. I accompanied the year with more of focussed to become the best officer at the spy.
Since then I have earned double promotion at the work on spying on the best hacker in the world. I made friends with his girlfriend and from there I rushed to develop some feeling that would make her talk everything to me. I console her anytime that she has a misunderstanding with her boyfriend so one day she came to cried at my rented place because I do rent an apartment anytime am on mission. That usually give me more energetic power to do whatever I want to do because everyone around me are totally different. They don't know.my real identity and I don't want to know their own identity too because all I want it just to get my job done. After that I'll flew away from that same place and go back to where I stayed.
That particular day her tears were different i could sight it from her eyes. I can see her cry were pretty different from what other days own looks. I patted her back and then hugged her closed chest like am her new guy. Thay day she told everything and have led to him being arrested for getting some crime job. That led to my grace because I got promoted and since that day have become the best of the spy team in the NATO.
I got out of the crappy old taxi car. "Hey officer what is going on? You are delaying my fucking time."
They turned to me as the officer looked at my eyes.

I removed the money and give him. "Next time. Get a bowl and started begging instead of wasting your fuel driving around just to make an elderly man go through a hell because you want just a penny money."
"Fuck away." He said and went off as the cop go too. He is too ashamed of himself that he has to go through a very terrible situation just because of the penny money he himself can give off.
"Thank you man." The taxi old man said.
"Nevermind let go." I said and he drove to my destination and drop down. I gave him his money and he went away.
Just then I saw a girl slapping a guy. Saying "if you fuck me again and you have no money. Am gonna cut that your dick and sold it to doll maker because it's extra big."
She slapped him again and then left.

This my new apartment in the city must be a terrible one because everyone here never has a respect for one another. I stood in a shock when a young girl walked down to me.
"Are you new here? Be smart and wise up. This city don't take a shit from anyone. Everyone you see here has a gun under their pant or boxer. Just try and be free from trouble." She said and looked at me.
"Did you have a room to pass the night. " She asked.
I pointed at the house in my front. "That house. I rented it some weeks ago. So I just arrived now."
"Am sorry that house has been rented by another man. They have over thrown your fee. That gee who rented it is a sick man. He beat one of the slut in this compound one day until the slut gave up to ghost. So don't even try saying you're going in now." She said.
"What? But I paid for the money for the rent why would the landlord go extreme to rent it out to another person." I said.
"Come i can give you where to pass the night if you don't mind or think am evil. " She said
"I'll go with you. Thanks and what is your name? "I asked.
"Sandra Philip." She said.
"I'll go by Sandra." I said and go away.
