Main character's POV

Shrey

It's dark and half past eleven with no sign of vehicles nearby, except a yellow Lamborghini Urus shining under one of the street lights, The Door of the house suddenly opens and I come face to face with my Boyfriend, Louis I wasn't ready but, I know he is my only solution and hope for my futuristic problems and lost memories. When he saw me, he was dumbfounded and mumbled "Shrey? What are you doing here, and where have you been for so long?".

I was perplexed and unable to answer him though knowing the fact that he deserves his answer.

I have been hiding from everyone and God knows how many weeks I have been away from Louis, which makes me feel for him as I was the only family, he got for the past 8 years after his parents died in a car accident, I never loved him yet he is very special to me, taking a deep breath I decided to go and hug him but he gestured me to stop,

I pursed my lips and lowered my head and suppressed my tears as he was my only hope and his behavior made me realize, he was mad at me I slowly turned around but a small voice from inside called out "Stop".

I Immediately recognized the owner of the voice and turned in that direction with my pale flushed face, Louis surely guessed something and asked me to join him, I was hesitant yet with a slow pace I went in because I'm aware of the fact that I'm going to get trapped again

However, a glimpse of the inside shook me to the core and I froze for a second, but with a small tap on my shoulder by Louis, I came back to my senses and tried to hide my emotions and tears which reminds me of my nightmares and sleepless nights.

The person I have been trying to hide was sitting comfortably on Tufted Velvet Black Sofa like a king with crossed legs and savoring his red wine,

I can't help scrutinizing every little detail of his well-framed and beautiful face especially his hazel eyes expressing delight and a serene smile which suddenly turned into a smirk by glancing at my sight, it made me feel uncomfortable and scared.

I started playing with my fingers to avoid eye contact with Mr. George Hemsworth my former Boss, he stood abruptly and slowly walked to my side and placed his hand on my shoulder, and flung Louis's hand away "She is mine" he said by gritting his teeth

and kicked hard on Louis' chest "leave this House" his words and action staggered me and I can't help the tears pelting down my eyes, Louis flew over the ground with blood pouring out his mouth "Louis...."

I was shocked and tried to loosen Mr. George's grip on my shoulder to rush over but he was too strong for me. The fact that he is a billionaire and can do anything under his control makes sense that probably now he owns this property.
