Aeryn Stormes was tired of being bullied by the cruelest bully in his class. Chris Jacobs had been picking on him since they were in kindergarten together. Their story goes back to when their fathers' were rivals in school together. They competed against everything, especially for the love of the most popular girl in high school, Khrystal Winters. Henry Jacobs and Michael Stormes both vied for the affections of Khrystal. In the end, Henry won the heart of Khrystal, and MIchael never got over Khrystal choosing Henry over him. Michael got even by marrying Henry's sister, Cheryl, but he didn't love her the way he loved Khrystal, he even resented Aeryn because Cheryl was Aeryn's mother, and MIchael and Aeryn's relationship was strained because of it. Now, the rivalry has come full circle between Chris and Aeryn. Aeryn has even recruited the help of his friends, Kelly Michaels, Travis Harder, and Colin McBride in his vendetta against Chris. They have all agreed to meet at Aeryn's secret spot to plan the prank against Chris.
CHAPTER ONE — The Secret Spot
Aeryn Stormes bikes through the woods to his hidden refuge: a moss‑covered clearing overlooking the river, a place he discovered when he was eight and never shared with anyone—until now. Kelly Michaels, Travis Harder, and Colin McBride arrive one by one, each carrying the same mix of loyalty and curiosity. Aeryn finally tells them the truth: He’s done being Chris Jacobs’ punching bag. He wants to strike back. Not violently—just enough to humiliate Chris the way Chris has humiliated him for years. Flashbacks reveal the old rivalry: Henry and Michael competing in sports, grades, popularity… and for Khrystal Winters. Henry won Khrystal. Michael married Cheryl out of spite. Aeryn realizes he inherited a feud he never asked for.

At school, Chris Jacobs corners Aeryn in the hallway, mocking his clothes, his hair, even his mother. Aeryn snaps—not outwardly, but inside. He decides the prank must be bigger. More public.
