C City Airport.
"Attention, passengers going to Canada. Attention, passengers going to Canada. Your flight X510 is about to take off. Please hurry to Boarding Gate 3 for boarding."
The announcer's voice reverberated throughout the spacious terminal. Passengers for this flight hurried to board.
Damn it! How did these guys get on my tail so quickly!
With a group of men clad in black not far away in sight, Bai Luoqi cursed under her breath, an expression of restlessness flashing in her dark eyes. She lowered her hat and quickly ducked behind the nearest pillar.
After successfully concealing herself, Bai Luoqi hurriedly pulled out her phone and adeptly dialed a string of numbers. After two beeps, the call was answered. Without waiting for the other party to speak, Bai Luoqi quickly whispered,
"Yuanbao, have you arrived at the airport yet?"
"Luoqi, what did you say? I can't hear you." A worried voice came from Jin Yuanbao on the other end of the phone.
Carefully, Bai Luoqi took a peek from behind the pillar. Seeing the group of black-suited men still there, she felt a rush of annoyance. They’d even dispatched Big Black Head this time; it seemed they were hell-bent on taking her back!
Quickly retracting herself, she again lowered her voice, "Yuanbao, I'm here. Are you at the airport?"
Even though she was whispering, it was louder than before. If Jin Yuanbao still couldn't hear, she'd have to hang up and try her luck at getting out of the airport.
Fortunately, Jin Yuanbao came through this time. He understood her clearly.
"Once you exit from Gate 3, you'll see me. My car is black, license plate number 8889."
"OK! Get here quickly."
Thank heavens!
Staring at the third exit just a few dozen meters away, Bai Luoqi felt elated. Once she crossed this small distance, she would be free.

Having roared that defiantly in her mind, Bai Luoqi cautiously poked her head out. She planned to assess the positions of the men dressed in black to facilitate her escape – only to inadvertently meet eyes with one of them, just as she peeked out!
Their eyes locked.
Bai Luoqi faltered slightly, but the man in black resolutely called out—
“The miss is over there, hurry!”
At his command, all the men in black who had been searching far and wide immediately started to dash in Bai Luoqi’s direction!
“Damn it!”
Realising her cover was blown, Bai Luoqi cursed under her breath, slung her backpack tighter on her shoulder, and, with all the force she could muster, made a run for the third exit.
The one thing she couldn’t bear was being dragged back – She'd rather be dead than return there!
Perhaps out of sheer panic, what seemed like a distance of mere meters turned infinitely long. Surprisingly though, in this moment of crisis, Bai Luoqi found the courage to make a decision. If she did manage to escape this time, she resolved to marry off grandly – just to spite that annoying old man!
“Miss, you can’t run away. Just surrender and come back with us.”
Behind her, came the echoing voice of one of the men in black.
“Only over my dead body!” Bai Luoqi roared back defiantly. The idea of just giving up was out of the question. As the exit came closer and closer into view, her heart surged with hope. All she had to do was cross that door, get on Jin Yuanbao’s vehicle, and she would be free!
But, she soon realized her hopes were too lofty. Just as she was on the verge of escaping, a few men in black came out from nowhere. Hand in hand, they formed a blockade at the third exit she was running for!
Passengers around were frightened and diverted their paths upon viewing the scene, speculating whether it was an international manhunt or if the mob was making arrests!
Bai Luoqi glanced over the men in black before her, sipped her lips, and squeezed a cautionary warning through her teeth.
"Move aside, otherwise, don't blame me for being ruthless."
Being a Taekwondo black belt master, she was more than capable of dealing with just a few men in black with average martial skills, as long as she didn't run into freaks like the Big Black Head.
The men in black looked at each other desiringly, their faces showing difficulty, "Miss, please don't make it hard for us, just come back with us."
"Go to hell!" Bai Luoqi, having endured enough, growled obscenities. Her eyes quickly swept around, looking for a quick way through. However, the exits were too tightly sealed.
Hopefully, Big blackhead won't catch up too soon!
She only has ten seconds!
Beginning to count in her heart, she aimed to get out this door within ten seconds!
"You forced me into this!" With that cold statement, Bai Luoqi quickened her pace, swinging her fist at the first man in black who approached her. Striking him in the lower abdomen and following with a swift kick, the man in black toppled over. The others, witnessing this, show disappointment on their faces, questioning their bad luck.
"Miss…"
Before the man could finish his sentence, his stomach was met with a side-kick from Bai Luoqi. The swift, accurate, and brutal kick made the man in black squat down in pain. Bai Luoqi took the opportunity to leap, her hands pressing on the back of the man in black, springing forward in a graceful somersault, and leaping out of the exit.
Upon safe landing, Bai Luoqi didn't dare to waste time. Her eyes swiftly scanned the area, looking for a black car with the license plate number 8899. Unfortunately, after a survey, not a single black car was in sight.
Damn, where the hell has this Jin Yuanbao gone?
Just as she was cursing under her breath, a shout from the Big Black Head echoed from behind:
"Miss, stop running and come back with us!"
Hearing this voice, Bai Luoqi internally screamed in warning – Big Black Head was catching up! Considering Big Black Head's abilities, her capture would be inevitable!
Golden ingot oh golden ingot, if your sister gets caught, don't expect to live an easy life!
But just as things reached a critical juncture, a black sedan abruptly stopped before Bai Luoqi. Without giving it a second thought, she quickly opened the car door, jumped in, and slammed the door shut. Looking out the window, she urged, "Drive, fast! They are coming to kill!"
The moment she finished her sentence, the car started up and quickly left the pursuers behind. Seeing the frustrated expression on Big Black Head's face, Bai Luoqi couldn't help but laugh heartily, her laughter filled with pure relief.
"Yuanbao, you're like rain in a drought, I love you so..."
However, before she could finish saying "you", Bai Luoqi felt a change in the atmosphere. She instinctively glanced to her side and saw a young man she didn't recognise. Realising something was wrong, she turned to look at the other occupant but out of the corner of her eye briefly caught another figure next to her. As she fully turned her head to look, her pupils abruptly shrank, and her face turned pale.
