In the dimly luxuriant room, the scent of faded rosemary lingered, intoxicatingly fragrant, carrying with it a tinge of enchanting aura. On the extravagantly large bed, the woman's pretty face was full of blush, the woman's mouth muttering incessantly.
"I feel bad, so bad," she murmured, as a figure emerged from the shadows towards her. The man's wicked features, under the dim light, appeared strangely cold and gloomy, his cold fingers gently cruising the woman's lips.
“Mu Bai, Mu Bai.” She panted.
“Ji Mu Bai? Hehe.”
The demon-like hoarse voice seemed to reverberate from somewhere in the darkened room, mixed with an eerie chill that made your skin crawl.
The man lowered his head and precisely captured the woman's lips, biting mercilessly, not sparing her any mercy. Perhaps her mouth hurt a bit, and the woman cloudily opened her eyes, reaching out to embrace the man's neck, whispering sweetly.
“Mu Bai, Mu Bai.”
"What did you call me?" On the man's austere and sinister face, a hint of dark chill was revealed, his slender fingers, chillingly, grasping the woman's chin.
"It hurts."
She felt a sharp pain in her chin, making Ye Qiu gasp uncomfortably. She tilted her head back, her gaze pitifully settling on the man before her.
"Hurt? That's an interesting expression."
Due to the pain, the woman’s pitch-black eyes seemed enveloped with a layer of mist, making her appearance all the more charming and appealing. After looking into Ye Qiu's bright black eyes, the man's gaze inevitably darkened.
“You, you're not Mu Bai. Get off, you're not.” Maybe the pain had brought Ye Qiu completely back to her senses, her eyes clear as she looked at the man before her, the man was cold, his features refined and ruthless, his gaze chill as ice. This man was a stranger, as Ye Qiu panickedly crawled off the bed, but was quickly grabbed by the man.
"It appears you don't remember who I am."
Ye Qiu's reaction had the man's cold, elongated pupils becoming colder, his cold and thin lips lifting into a sinister smile as he starred coldly at the woman with flushed cheeks.
"What, what did you say?"
"Ah."
Before Ye Qiu could finish her words, a hand was already choking her throat. The man's grip was so tight that all breath was cut off in an instant. Pain surged at her like a tide, overwhelming Ye Qiu.
"Ye Qiu, you're really a naughty girl, daring to forget me. I want to mark you as mine again."
The dim light fell on the man's cold and cruel handsome face, making it appear terrifying. Ye Qiu stared wide-eyed, utterly clueless about the man's words. Then her vision went black, and she felt a dull pain sweep over her. She fell unconscious, still hearing the man's devil-like roar in her ears.
"Ye Qiu, dare you betray me, you must bear my revenge, the revenge from hell, ha-ha."
The next day, a woman lay on a messy bed. She groaned softly, slowly opening her eyes. What met her gaze was unfamiliar and cold furnishings. Propping a hand onto her forehead, she stared blankly at her surroundings and blinked with difficulty.
The strange, cold environment left Ye Qiu dazed for a moment, until she felt something unusual about her own body. The woman's face turned even more unpleasant. What happened? She clearly only came here to wait for Ji Mubai at his request, and only drank a glass of water because she was thirsty. Her body feeling strange, then someone came in. She thought it was Mubai. Who had set her up?
