In a mansion bedroom, there's a man named Jayden Braxton with brown neckline-length hair and amber eyes. He screamed in pain, his nails growing sharp. He scratched the wall and the white sofa. He held back the pain that was in his body. His fangs elongated, and he screamed in pain until he fainted. At dawn, a man named Xander Sullivan, with short light-brown hair and green eyes, is Jayden's devoted servant.

He entered the room. He carried the man named Jayden, who had fainted earlier; he laid him on the bed and covered him. After that, he left the room.

Early in the morning, Jayden woke up, and he felt his whole body was still a little sore. He got out of bed and went to the bathroom. While taking a shower, he looked at his face in the mirror and felt angry at himself.

After finishing the shower, he put on black pants, a white shirt, and a black blazer. He left the room and headed to the dining room. He stopped in front of the door because he saw his father and mother at the dining table. He sighed and made his way to the dining table and sat down. His father had short brown hair, amber eyes and was named Fabian Braxton. His mother was blonde, had amber eyes, and was named Camilla Braxton.

"Yesterday you suffered again, right?" His father asked.

"I'm fine," Jayden replied.

"You aren't fine, Jayden. You know how worried we are because of you." His mother responded with a sad face.

"You're getting married, you have to get married to get on with your life. There's no reason not to accept married this time, and I feel it would be better not to hear any excuses." His father added with a serious face.

"Dad, I don't love anyone and there's no one for me to marry," Jayden replied.

"I'll find a partner for you, you don't have to worry." His dad replied.

"But how should I marry someone I don't love?" Jayden insisted.

"My dear, as long as you are married and have children, your curse will be lessened, and you will not suffer it every month, and your life span will also be longer. You are already 28 years old. If you are not married and have a kid in a few years, we're worried you will die. As parents, we don't want that to happen." His mother explained with a sad face.

Jayden is upset and stressed because there is no solution unless he gets married and has children. Jayden stood up and said,

"I'm not hungry, you keep having breakfast without me," Jayden said to his parents and made his way out of the dining room. Jayden's parents sigh at Jayden's stubbornness.

In the living room, Xander stood waiting for Jayden.

"Master, do you want to go office today? Xander asked.

"No, I don't feel like going to the office today," Jayden answered.

"Where are you going?"

"I want to go to the villa," Jayden told him.

They both headed for the white sedan. Jayden sat in the back and Xander drove. On the way, Xander said,

"Master, I think you need to consider what your parents told. Your condition is getting worse. In the next month, we don't know what will happen. Why are you still hesitating? Is it because of Amayah? " Xander said. Jayden just kept quiet and looked outside.

"Amayah doesn't like you. Since that incident, she prefers not to see you." Xander added it again. Jayden sighed and closed his eyes.

In an apartment, there's a young woman with tailbone-length hair, burgundy hair, and marble grey eyes. This beautiful young woman is named Ember Sawyer. Ember owned a florist shop with her cousin. Today they closed the shop, so she's just staying at home. She was dancing while cooking, then she received a phone call.

She picked up the call.

"Hello, papa, what's the matter?" She asked.

"Ember, can you help me send my file to the company I'm working for? I left it in the desk drawer in my room. I need it soon. The meeting will start at 9 am." Her father explained.

"Okay, Papa, I'll be right there," Ember replied.

Ember looked at the clock; it was already 8.25 in the morning. Ember stopped cooking, went to her father's room, picked up the brown file, and left the house as soon as possible. Ember hailed a taxi and boarded the taxi. At that time, the road was congested, and the time was already showing 8.40 am. Ember paid the taxi fare and got off. She ran into the company his father worked for. His father worked at an architecture company as a team leader and was named Damian Sawyer.

In front of the company building, Ember ran in and bumped into Jayden’s parents.

"I'm sorry, madam. It is not my intention. I was rushing because I wanted to give this meeting file to my father." Ember explained to them with a tired face. Jayden's mother, Camilla, smiled and said, "It's okay."

Ember bowed to them and entered the company building. Ember got into the elevator and went to the 8th floor, where her dad worked. The elevator opened and Ember's father was waiting for her in front of the elevator. Ember's father had short, light-brown hair and marble grey eyes.

"Papa, I brought your file just in time." Ember said happily.

"Thank you Ember, they postponed the meeting to 9.30 am." He answered while laughing.

"Papa, you should have to tell me. I was in such a hurry that I bumped into someone." Ember complained. Her father laughed at her grumbling. The elevator opens, and Jayden's parents, Fabian and Camilla, get out of the elevator. Damian, Ember's father, saw them, he said, and bowed to them.

"Good morning, Mr. Fabian and Mrs. Camilla."
