Am running down the stairs, each step matching the pace of my beating heart. What am running from? I don't even know. But what I know is that it killed my friends and it is sure as hell going to kill me too.
Every hour seemed like a toturous day. The nights endless, the paths endless, making my run and wild, fearful beating of my heart ENDLESS! Am very damn tired, but what else can I do? My life is at the stake here! I just wanna go back to my normal life, wake up in my comfy bed and all these is just a nightmare. If only I hadn't listened to my friends...if only we hadn't opened the god-damned cabinet...

The ray of sun seeping through the window made me blink my eyes open. I could see blurry images of people in my room. I used the back of my palm to wipe my eyes so as to see more clearly, getting the perfect image of my two best friends, Nathalie and Penelope.
" Oh see who's awake " Nathalie said in her annoying morning voice. I don't know if it's me, but yeah, her voice is weirdly annoying in the morning. "We've been waiting for ages" Nathalie continued, throwing her hands in the air. "Yeah right." I said rolling my eyes. "Um... actually" Penelope started with her timid tiny voice: " we've only been here 15 minutes" she concluded checking her wristwatch and arranging her glasses to indicate her point. If you've guessed right, then yeah, Penelope is your typical, shy nerd. Penelope is in fact pretty, with her big brown curious eyes, that match her chestnut brown hair, strawberry pink lips that am so jealous of

, then an almond shaped face to go with it.
"Oh puh-lease, don't spoil my moment penny." Nathalie groaned. Nathalie is beautiful too, with her blonde hair, sea blue eyes and a great body shape. Gosh! Am so lacking compared to my friends.
I sighed " there's no moment Lia. And what the hell are you two doing in my room."
"Isn't it obvious?" Nathalie stated "we came to wake you up dummy" she completed
"Wake me up? And this early? If I remember correctly, we're on summer break, meaning NO SCHOOL." I said.
"I know that" she said rolling her eyes " but it seems like you did not 'remember' we're going on a summer vacation somewhere. Which is TODAY EVENING!"
Oh yeah totally forgot. But...
" Like you just said it's today evening, then why wake me up this early?" Already getting annoyed that I had to be woken up from my beautiful sleep.
"Cause you haven't even packed yet. Not even a tooth brush!" Nathalie said
" Plus we still need to go to the mall and get some few things" Penelope added, speaking for the first time in like 6 minutes. She was probably calculating the length and breadth of my room. 'oh shut up!' my subconsciousness yelled at me. 'what!' I shrugged back.
