Eva's POV

I am a stalker

Yes, I admit that but what else could I do when he attracted me like no one ever did.

I crushed on him when I saw him for the first time.

His entrance was grand just like his future position, the next king of my country.

Bodyguards in black surrounded him as he stepped out of his black Ferrari and put on his shades.

The school resembled a museum where he was the most gawked at item. The girls had their mouths open while the guys had a new figure among them they could look up to.

I ran away from the chaotic entrance and those blue eyes till I reached my favorite bench behind the school building.

Breathing in and out, I tried to relax. I heard other girls screaming his name and trying to touch him but why I couldn't be there like others.

On not finding answers, I just decided one thing

To stay away from him at all times.

But things didn't go as planned

We had the same classes. I could see him every day.

He was an arrogant disaster at the face but a soothing smoothie at heart, bold and loyal.

He being a topper in all the department shook the very base of my delicate heart.

I saw him thanking his bodyguard no matter how many times and feeding the sparrows in lunchtime

I saw him defending his friends behind their backs and most importantly I liked how he spoke his mind without fear of this world.

When he intrigued me and took away my night's sleep and days peace.

But the problem began when people started noticing this.

When they caught me red—handed staring at him from behind the pillars

When they saw me staring at his back

back because I never dared to look directly at his face

and having my cheeks turn red.

Then one day my friend asked

"Eva do you have a crush on him?"

And my blush was enough to give her my answer and soon everyone knew about "The Nerd's crush on your Majesty".

"Eva don't you want to know who topped this year? " Spoke my room mate Raven. Today our last semester results were out.

"I already know"

I replied and continued to sip my hot chocolate

"Man how can this girl be so relaxed...I mean it's not like she will fail but still you got to check it for God's sake!!"

She spoke while dressing up in a hurry to go check her result.

"Relax Raven and anyways the result will be soon uploaded online in few hours..."

"I can't relax girl my mom will kill me if I don't score above average!!"

With this she picked up her phone and was out of the room yelling back

"I will check it out for you...I know it will be easier to find anyways"

I already knew she will check it for me and she understood well what was meant by 'easier to find'

It simply meant that names at top are read first

As I finished the last sip and was going to turn around from the window I heard the roaring sound of his muscle car.

The car stopped and the driver proceeded to open the backseat door

He came out and instead of going to the notice board his eyes turned around to stare at my window.

Predicting it I moved back in a hurry causing the cup to slip from my hand and break on the ground.

Things this boy makes me do!

My heart was beating in my chest at an inhuman speed and my breathing became heavy.

I peeked through the other window to see him make his way towards the principle office.

"Maybe he didn't top this time"

I thought but boy how wrong I was

He not only topped our college but topped all colleges in the city.

This can't be done by just having rich parents..right?

People envy him a lot

They say he tops because his parents rule this country

But they don't know his iq

He is truly a genius but never does he flaunt it.

It was night now

I was being a stalker again

I can stare at his picture for hours but I can't look at him in person.

I want to but I just can't

How will I approach him

He dosen't even know who I am and here stalking him is all I do except studying.

"Eva you know we were expecting 5th or 6th but bang girl you came 2nd this time!!I am so proud of you my dear bestie"

She said while hugging me from behind

Her eyes fell on my laptop and she screamed bloody murder

"What the hell Raven!!searching is not illegal!"

"Searching isn't but going crazy yes it is.. you are not nervous for your result but you are nervous when he comes in 7 feet distance from you!! What are you Eva!"

"It's nothing and you know this Raven...he will always be my first and last crush and that's it...he will never know who I am ...I will be going back to my country after 1 year while he will rule this country....end of story tada"

"Eva this is not nothing....okay even if this is what about you not talking to any boy...see this not normal...people especially boys are scared of you because of some reason unknown to me...you need to chat around make some guy friends and soon your crush will change..."

I simply ignored her closed the laptop and pulled up my quilt

"Okay ignore me young lady but don't forget people are not blind..I heard some girls say that you were staring at him in the cafeteria yesterday "

"I don't care what they say Raven ..let me sleep"

"So you don't care if he hears the gossip and approaches you?"

"He is not an idiot to believe rumours neither does he have free time to visit his fangirls"

"But still if he does please do confess you feelings..maybe a miracle happens"

"Miracle? You are delusional Raven ...boys like him don't like girls like me"

"As in Nerd's, outcasts, clumsy, introverts like me..they like outgoing, smart ,hot and sexy girls"

I replied and thought of what she said

Perhaps I could try to be a little bit brave and talk to him tomorrow.
