Chapter three

Felix drove straight to the company that would be offering him a contract after dropping his daughter at school.

Seeing Felix you would think he is just a gentleman unknowingly that he is a wolf in sheep's cloth.

As Felix got off the elevator he saw a lady Waiting for her and he greeted her "good morning"

"Good morning sir, they are waiting for you in the board room"the lady said showing Felix the way, while he walked majestically after her

"Good morning Mr Renee" a man in suit said shaking hands with Felix

" Morning sir"he replied and took a sit the man did the same and they start the meeting

A man started the meeting by saying "as we all know the Royal contract has two contestant while Mr Robert won and we handed the contract to him, but sadly he had an accident and died with his entire family, so we would be giving me Renee the contract in place of Mr Robert"

" Thank you"Felix said smiling " I'm really honoured that you thought of me, I assure you that you won't regret this decision"

" We hope so Mr Renee"a man said, and they all laughed.

They signed some necessary documents and ended the meeting

Felix walked out of the company happy,he got into his car and said to Julio "this calls for a celebration, let go to a bar and celebrate"

Alexa just finished taking her bath, she was getting dressed when Sofia walked in with a tray in her hand

"Good morning Sofia" she said "did you make breakfast? "

" Yeah"she replied and we sat down to eat at the little table in the right Conner of the room.

We were done eating, I took my meds and Sofia went to clean the kitchen, I browsed the news and found out that the contract that my father was supposed to sign today was given to another man named Felix Renee

"Felix" I mutter the name sounds familiar, I read more, I decided to search for him. He is a business man nothing more, except that he lost his wife two years ago and he gas a twelve year old daughter

"What does this man has to do with my parents death?" I asked myself

"Who?" Sofia asked and I flinch

" You scared me"I said

" Who are you talking about?" She asked and I showed her Felix picture that was on my laptop screen

" Who is he?" She asked

"I don't know yet, but I have a strong feeling that he has something to with my parents death"I said

" How can you be sure about that? "She asked

" I heard mom mention his name and I heard some guys talking to a guy over the phone at the scene that the job is done and the contract is finally he's"I said

" But besides that you don't have anymore evidence that he killed your parents"she said and I sigh " besides let the police do their work, let just wait patiently for results"

" With no evidence the police will close the case and I won't be at rest until I know justice has finally been served"I said

" How do you plan on getting evidence?" She asked

"I don't know but I think I can find more evidence in no time"I said taking the laptop from her searching for something, I saw a post that caught my attention a protest that this Felix is forcefully taking people's land and other belongings

"Look at this" I said pulling Sofia closer, she gasped and scroll down and we found many more accusations about him "with this I know this man is the real culprit behind my parents death"

" This is really a lot but how do we fight this man,it written here that the accusations are lie and the case is closed down"she said

" This people are victims like me and I'm ready to fight this man I don't know how but I know I can do it "I said with so much confidence

" You can't let them know that you are alive,they might come after you" she said

I kept walking up and down the room obviously restless and thinking of a way to bring this so called Felix Renee down

"Calm down Alexa" Sofia said sitting on the bed

"Calm down?! How can I do that knowing that the man who killed my parents is still out there breathing freely why I'm in here acting like a fugitive"I said " he should be the one in hiding not me"

" So what do you want to do,go out there and get killed?"she asked

And I moved closer to and Scott beside her and hold her hand and said"please help me Sofia,we need to bring this man down,we can hide my identity or something"

" No I can't watch you go and get yourself killed,if truly this man killed your family he will do worse to you"she said worriedly

" I'm not doing this for my family alone but for many innocent and helpless people out there"I said

" What can you do? Even before you help them or get evidence you will be long dead"she said

" Don't you want to help all those people?" I asked and she sigh

" I do but it just the two of us"she said

" I don't care whatever it takes justice needs to be serve for what he did to me and all those people"I said determined, Sofia saw this and knew there was nothing she could say or do to change my mind

"Alright I'll help you,but only if you stay hidden"she said

" How do I fight in the dark?"I asked

" I saw this man profile,he is the one financing the protest, seems like he has something against Mr Renee too"she said and I moved closer to her

I stared at the man and read his profile "his company was burnt down two years ago,by bomb just like my parents"

"What?! Do you think Felix is behind this?"she asked

" Maybe,it is two of his company,but something is odd"I said

" What?!"Sofia asked

" Felix wife also died two years ago, what could be the line connecting the two?"I asked
