Chapter 1
My phone ringing woke me up,i stretched my arms sluggishly to the bed stand.
I took my phone and yawns sitting up right,I checked the caller
"Huh,why is Erica calling me this early morning" I wondered
I swipe to answer the call and place it on my ear
"Bessst"She shouts from the other side that I had to remove the phone from my ear for some minutes
"Good morning to you too" I roll my eyes,she chuckled
"Sorry" She apologize
"Yea" I shrugged
"Guess what" she squealed
"Your crush finally asked you out" I said
"Oh Cora not like I have one" She groaned
"That's a lie" I laugh
"Okay whatever" She said and I'm sure she's frowning now
"So tell me,what's up with you?!" I asked
"Yea,that's true"
"Rex Donald is back to USA" She screamed
"So..........." I said non-challantly
"Wait,Cora don't tell me you don't know Rex Donald" She said
"You as my best friend should know things like that doesn't freak me" I roll my eyes
"Coraaaa" She shouts
"Bye,gotta prepare for school" I said quickly and drop the call before she'll start her sermon again
Phew,that was a narrow escape
I checked the time,7a.m
I got to prepare,by the time I'll be done,it'll be free minutes to 8.
I got down from my bed and exhale deeply,Erica sure knows howe to stress someone
I wore my flip flops and went into the bathroom.I let down all my pajamas then brush nt teeth.
I turn on the shower letting it running down all my body,from my hair to toe.
"So warm" I smile
I hummed my favorite song as I turn off the shower,I wrapped my body with a towel before bringing out my conditioner from the small shelf
I applied some to my hair and use to wash,I rinse after washing then wrapped a towel around it
I went out of the bathroom to my dressing room.
Yea,my parents are rich really wealthy and I appreciate that they didn't fail their duties as a parents to I and my brother even though they are busy
I'm not proud or rude,I'm carefree and kind,love smiling a lot
No relationship
No crush
No distraction
Just I and my studies and well my best friend
Oh I have another friend,He's a guy,cool and handsome.
I searched for my school uniform and found it ironed neatly
I took it and dress up
I brush my hair down and smile
The school uniform fits me perfectly
I wore my socks then my shoes and carried my back before going out
I climb down the stairs,everyone is already at the dining
"Thought you'll never come down" Ryan,my younger brother said
Okay,He's the total opposite of me
He's full of himself and he loves showing off a lot
Especially his hotness
"Good morning mom,good morning dad" I said ignoring him
I peck mom before sitting down
"I haven't received my peck" Dad said pointing to his cheek
"Dad don't mind them,if she doesn't peck you,I'll do that" Ryan said pecking him
Mom laughed
"Just say you are jealous" She said
"Okay,no argument,we're late" I said
We prayed before eating
After eating,I went out to my driver,as soon as I opened my door to get in,Ryan rushed inside
"Get your ass off my car Ryan,you have yours" I said frowning
"No way sis,I'm following you to school" He said
We are attending Smart High School,He's in the junior class and I'm In the senior class
"You always attract attention which is a problem for me,I don't want anymore attention,it wasn't easy dealing with the last one" I said
"So you don't love me" He groaned forming a puppy face
"Okay okay" I surrender going in,he giggled
The driver start the car,we still have much time left so the drive was slow
I took my time staring at the busy streets
I saw an ice cream shop and guess what,they have my favorite,vanilla
"Stop the car" I said
The driver stop the car as I got down
"You can easily get from a better shop than this you know" Ryan shrugged as if he knew what was on my mind
"None of your business" I roll my eyes before walking to the shop
"Please give me one vanilla ice cream....."
"Please give me one vanilla ice cream......." I and a person said
I looked at the person and scoff
"I got here first you know" I said calmly
"Little kids like you will always shut up when they see elders" The guy said
"What?!" I gasped inwardly
"So,you really think you are an adult,how old are you?!" I scoffed
He gasped
"You don't know me" He asked
"Why should i know a jerk like you" I said
"Um..you don't need to fight on the ice cream miss and mr,there are more than two left" The seller said
"Oh yea,sorry" I apologize and took one then paid
I went out and was about opening the door when I felt a gaze on me
I looked back and the guy staring at me
He look kinda familiar and cute but he sounds rude
I entered the car and the car started
I munch on my ice cream slowly
"Sis,can I get one too" Ryan asked
"They don't have chocolate" I said trying to avoid him
"Sisss" He groaned
"I saw one of those crushing on you there" I said
"No way" He scoff
"Yea way" I smile
"Lets go to school then" He frowned
"No need to be sad,that's the disadvantages of having too much popular" I laughs
"Whatever"He murmured facing the other side
"It's just an ice cream you know" I shrugged
"I'll get more for you when I'm coming back home" I added
"Okay sis" he smile
The driver stop the car due to the red traffic light and I sigh still staring outside
The car started again
The car stopped suddenly after a sudden crash by another car to ours
"What the fuck..." I and Ryan gasped
