“Pardon your majesty, First General Blirthen came to deliver news.” The queens personal servant bowed respectfully to their queen who is currently taking her breakfast. Dressed in tight silk white dress with a long slit to her left thigh, exposing her long slender legs.
“Rosetta, you know what I hate right?” The queen spoke in low voice with such elegance then popped a cherry in her mouth sipping her water afterwards. It made her servant cower and mutter an apology which she answered with a sigh.
“Tell him to meet me in the white room with the other generals,” she said placing the drink down, standing from her silver studded seat. She walked clanking her four inch silver heels to the tiled floor passing to the double door the guard have opened for her.
The white room is where she meets her subordinates who seeks her presence related to the kingdom, specially if it’s about planning and strategy.
She arrived to the white room, it’s literally color white. It is a large room with a U-shaped table with seats and a large and well decorated seat in the middle of it all. In that is where she sits all the time where she can see everyone in the room just as what she liked. She liked seeing everyone’s expression every time she converse with them, often observing and deducting what’s on their mind with their gestures.
“Greetings my queen.” The General who’s in his twenties bowed, holding his head gear in his chest. The double door opened, revealing another five generals with the same outfit doing the same gesture of respect.
The Generals entered, taking their seats in front of their queen who’s gazing at them with coldness in her eyes.
“Speak.” She said.
“My Queen, news came to me, the region that I have been assigned to have two hundred citizens missing. We suspects that this is the vampire’s doing.” The Third General Claro said.
There are six regions in total, each General is assigned to protect and lead the soldiers in every region and the provinces that it encloses.
“Two hundred? That’s just for a day isn’t it Claro?” She raised her brow in a questioning manner.
“Yes My Queen,” He answered.
“What about the other regions?”
“All of the abduction rates have increased twice than the usual.” The First General, Blirthen answered.
Her Kingdom, Silvian, named after the first King Silvian, is the Kingdom of humans. Throughout the years, other races have tried to dominate the humans and due to the past kings, it almost happened. But the present queen is clever, she successfully avoided other species dominating them and wars for she knew her Kingdoms strength isn’t enough to join a war.
In her reign, some vampires still managed to capture humans for them to enslave, mostly the human hunters who goes out of the Silvius to hunt for foods and quests. The queen is doing measures to stop vampires abducting humans, or atleast lessen the number by instilling higher security provided by her soldiers.
But the vampires defeated them. The queen knows that humans are at disadvantage to them. But still, she hoped that the trained soldiers can still stop them at some point.
“Aren’t you Generals doing your tasks?” She said and her voice threathened the generals. Their queens intelligence and authority is enough to make them scared of her.
No one dared to mess with their queen, they will never know what the queen can do to them when they they mess with her. As the people who question and disrespected her will suffer a price.
“W-We’re sorry My Queen. We failed our tasks.” The First General muttered lowering his head. These Generals are loyal to her, she knew very well. She personally picked the for the positions they have after observing their trainings as cadets. They we’re filled with honor the moment she chose them, and now, they’re feeling ashamed for disappointing their queen.
“You’re also soldiers apart from your position. Trained physically and mentally. I expected you to use your intelligence against the bloodsuckers, or the werewolves. Didn’t you plan strategies?” She scoffed, disappointment evident in her face’s soft feature which she intentionally showed to them.
“W-We did not expect the sudden increase my Queen. We’ve been planning on how to make the rates slow down. We’ve also implemented rules to avoid going outside the safe zone of the kingdom alone. We advised to for them to go in groups and have soldiers at least five, with every party for their security. But-” Angelina cut off Fourth General Amos from speaking.
“But it isn’t enough.” She spoke, her stares piercing holes in their bodies.
“I’m disappointed.” She sighed closing her eyes as if to calm her nerves, though anger is never seen in her features and the men just bowed their heads even more while seated.
The Queen Angelina stood from her chair, draping her hands to her small waist. “I’m issuing a conference, tell every member of the council. Generals are included. Tomorrow morning, I shall announce what needs to be done for this case.”
With that, she left the White Room leaving the Generals still looking defeated.

“You’re Majesty good afternoon, what brings you here?” The head of the Research and Engineering Team Hancho hurriedly stood from his seat and bowed hastily to the Queen who have just arrived.
“How’s your latest research? Have you finished the weapons?” She asked instead of answering while roaming her sight around the facility where people are pacing back and forth with weird prototype inventions in the tables, obviously not noticing their queen.
“As you can see My Queen, we’ve been trying out different prototypes fit to be able to be used against our enemies. But one of the biggest problem is that, we don’t really know any weakness of our foes. We made different improvements such as crossbows that can reach greater distance than the normal, we also achieved the right composition in the grenade, it’s perfectly done. And uhh, about the invention of guns, it’s still a failure my Queen. We aren’t able to find the right barrel for precision. And the bullet, the farthest it can reach is, a hundred meter, unlike the ideal distance we want it to reach.” The mid forties man said nervously fidgeting his hands on his back.
Their main project is creating weapons that will be able to help soldiers in defending their Kingdom, most of it are improving the natural weapons and make things more convenient for soldiers. It’s just the guns and most advanced type of weapons that their having a hard time in creating.
“I see, I’m not mad, stop cowering. But I’m rushing you. Do everything you can to upgrade everything. Even field rations for soldiers. Their armors. If possible, use magnesium to make it lighter for more free movement and speed.” She said sternly to the man. He’s certainly more older and has been in the industry for a long time, and yet, the authority that the queen have is much greater enough to scare him despite his age and expertise.
“We’re actually done with the armor, and we’ve also used it to change the materials in your armor my Queen.” He said.
“Very well, tell your men to send it to me as soon as possible.” She ordered.
“The only problem is that, these materials are rare, but the hunters are collecting materials for us I think we can fill all the soldiers armor with these in a month.”
“Great.”
She roamed her eyes again and walked towards a table where a gun model is placed and that’s when all the workers have noticed her. They all stopped moving and bowed saying, “My Queen.”
She raised her hand as if to stop them, “Continue what you’re doing.” She then turned to Hancho, “This is the model you’ve talked about?”
“Yes my Queen.” He agreed.
The weapon have a simple design. The bullets are stored in the handle. Somehow, despite their lack of knowledge in technology, they we’re able to make gunpowder a few years before. Because of the Queen’s support, their organization acquired a lot more members and a lot more sources which helped them in experimenting. When they mixed sulfur and coal, it made a blast, literally.
People blamed them for destroying a lot of establishments and houses, they were hated. But when the Queen reigned, she saw a potential for a powerful war weapon. She rebuilt the organization and funded their research and studies.
“Just like what we did to the grenade, we managed to make a design that have stored bullets with gunpowder in it. When a person pulls the trigger, the bullet stored in the handle will be released. The problem is the accuracy. Sometimes, even when you aim it, the bullet won’t always go to the designated target.”
He said then held the gun in his hands. He aimed it to the target boards and pointed it to the middle dot. He pulled the trigger and the bullet hit the wall but is two feet away from the target he originally aimed at. “Considering the distance of the target board, four meter away, you can’t say I’m just bad at aiming. I believe the gun still needs improvement.”
He finished but she just stared at the gun. “My queen?”
“Try elongating the barrel. It’s too short. I think if you extended the barrel, the bullet can be more precise.” She instructed and he nodded to her.
She knew that firearms won’t be enough to defeat their enemies. For all she knew, the weaker vampires and werewolves can only be affected by it. She can’t have her soldiers use gun as their primary weapon. Right now, their main weapon are swords and there are some who have their own weapon and refused to use swords.
Some of the queens personal soldiers uses bows and arrows. Police Task Force are bunch of eccentric soldiers that the queen handpicked, because she knew talent when she see one.
“I shall send some Police Task force for a dangerous mission when I came back.”
The Queen then turned and made her way to the exit. When she’s outside, she mounted the white horse that was once tied to the tree and urged it to run back to the castle.
She went to the stables and guided her horse back to its cage before entering the palace.
“My Queen.” The servant bowed when she entered the double door.
“Call Captain Ainsof, tell him to come here and ready his squad.”

“My Queen, you called for me.” Task Force Spying Squad Captain, Octavius Ainsof came to Angelina’s office. He’s wearing a task force uniform without it’s armor which is simply brown clothes with hidden knife pockets in the elbows and in the shoulder parts and a badge. It also have a long pants with brown animal print and hard combat boots.
“I’m sending your squad to Galriyan. The werewolves territory. Learn what’s their weakness. Any weapon that can hurt them the most. Commence your mission, now.”
