"Maxine Rae, can you do a pose for us, please?"
I suddenly stopped walking to smile and look at the group of photographers waiting outside Dior's redcarpet show for London Fashion Week. I put my shades on before putting my hands inside my dior's trench coat.
I was already late for another fashion show, my personal assistant called me. I was already late! I waved my hand and smile before walking again and getting inside the van.
Kailangan kong magpalit agad ng damit para sa panibagong show. I took my top off and wore a dark elegant blue dress before putting a black coat with a tons of diamonds. My makeup artist were busy with my hair and makeup. Nang huminto ang van, agad akong bumaba, hawak-hawak ang invitation. Biglang dumagsa ang mga photographers sa harap ko. I smiled at them before walking inside the venue.
"Maxine Rae, I'm so glad you came!" The famous designer gave me a kiss on both side of my cheek.
"Of course. How could I not?" I chuckled. "I really like youe collection. I just received the clothes you sent me yesterday and I must say.. What a good work!"
That was my routine the whole week. I didn't even bother eating because of my hectic schedule. Minsan, sa van nalang ako kumakain papunta sa mga show or events. On our last day, I only slept for about 2 hours so we could catch our flight back to the Philippines. Photographers flocked in front of me again. Good thing, the airport security helped us get rid of them. I continue walking while the cameras were focusing on me.
"Maxine Ferer, how's London Fashion Week?"
"Miss Rae, ano pong masasabi niyo sa lumalaganap na issue tungkol sainyo ngayon?"
"Ms.Ferer, totoo ho bang ex husband niyo si Akhiro Ramirez ng Glare International Hospital?"
I bit my lower lip and went inside the van, refusing to answer any questions. I caught my forehead before shaking my head. It will die down..
"They really digged deeper about me, huh?" Sarkastikong sabi ko kay Mica.
"Yes, Ma'am." she gave me a nervous smile. "We can clear it out tomorrow—"
"Fucking no way!" I cut her off. No one in my crew knew about me and Hiro. No one knew about us, walang nakakaalam. Maliban sa bestfriend, at family namin.
It was a tiring day. Pagkauwi ko sa condo, naligo kaagad ako at natulog. The next morning, I woke up early so I can work out.
Agad akong nagpalit ng gym clothes at umakayat na sa gym. I did my routines, I can feel my butt burning already after 6 sets of my routine.
I was about to used the treadmill when someone went beside me.
"Long time no see, Rae!" A guy said.
My goodness! Joshua?! Yung bestfriend ni Hiro?! Holy fuck.
"Uh... hi," I nervously stepped on the treadmill in front of me. I removed my wind breaker jacket before running.
He also stepped in before looking at the tall buildings in front of us. In my view.. I can see the Glare Hospital from here.
"Are you invited?" He suddenly asked, without looking at me.
"Where?" I curiously asked.
