Evan Verlice's Pov:

I was sitting at my neighbourhood's playground in this cold weather. I was totally freezing. I have lost my only access to my house. My parents were out of town for some days and I have just lost my keys  and now I was freezing. I seriously should go and try to find the keys if I don't want to die in this cold weather. Even though I thought of going to find my keys, I didn't get up.

Suddenly, a chocolate cherry hair colored head caught my attention. It was a woman. I couldn't see her face as she was facing the opposite direction. She was doing something which perked up my interest. I got up and started to walk towards her. She was sitting pretty far away and on top of that ,she was sitting on the ground in this freezing weather. Seeing her freezed my butt. When I come to a pretty close distance, I saw her talking to a husky. Strange, I have been sitting here for the past two hours and I didn't hear a single bark the wole time. Aside from that, THE HUSKY WAS NODDING TO THE GIRL. What a weird dog! Don't misunderstand me . I love dogs and I find them pretty cute. We have got a goldenn retriver at our house whom I love very much.

"Are you even listening to me? You have been just nodding your head the whole time, Arwen." the girl said. I could listen to her now. She probably didn't notice my presence nor did the husky.

The husky softly barked. I stood behind a slide trying to listen their coversation.

"No. You have been really just nodding your head throughout the coversation which I am finding really annoying. Trust me,I also don't like this bonding time our parents created. If only they knew, how much you disgust me. Anyways, you and I both need to come up a solution of how to stop our parents from getting us married.I really don't want to marry you,You should know that better than anyone." The girl said with a soft sigh.

The husky gave a few barks softly as if it understood the girl and was really sorry for the situation.

"Arwen I have lost all my feelings towards you. I do not want to stay with you for my sake.Sure,you fluster me time to time but that's it. I do not want to stay with you forever."She said.

Wait, what? The girl talked about marriage with the dog? I mean she said their marriage.Did I hear it ,right? Or was I finally out of my mind?

"As long as you know. Go back home. I will see you tomorrow." the girl sighed.

The husky softly barked and tried to hug her. But the girl pushed it away softly.

"No you really don't need to drop me off. I can go by myself. Just go home." She said softly.

While looking at them , I didn't realize I was standing a hand away from the girl. She didn't feel my presence. Come to think of it, the husky really didn't look like a dog . It looked more like a wolf. 

I realized the husky was looking at me now with caution. I smiled at it and  it barked. The girl stood up so fast startling me. She didn't turn to look at me.

"Hey, I am-" I tried to say but she didn't give me a chance to finish off the sentence. She picked up her bag and tried to walk away. The husky following her.

"Hey. I didn't mean to interrupt or scare you. I was just going away. You can still continue your coversation with him/her. Oh, hey its a boy. Hey buddy." I said trying to catch up with them. When I tried to pet the husky, it barked at me so hard. Basically,it screamed I guess. I backed away without beling clingy.

"I also have my own dog too, Mr. Weird Husky. I don't need you."  I talked with my eyes .

It started to bark again. I maintained my distance with the dog.

"Arwen, Let's just go. And will you please stop following us?" the girl said finally looking at me.

OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS! IF BEAUTY WAS A PERSON, IT WAS PROBABLY HER. SHE WAS GORGEOUS. NO. THOSE WORDS COULDN'T DO JUSTICE TO HER. I MEAN SHE WAS WOW!

"Oh,H-hey! I wasn't following you guys. I just wanted to pet him which he doesn't want I guess. "  I said trying to maintain my composure under her beautiful ocean eyes.

"He doesn't like strangers. Apologies for disappointing you. We will be going now. Have a good day." she said softly looking at me.

" Oh no, don't apologize. No one's at fault here. Right,buddy? " I said looking at Arwen,the husky. He growled at me. I put my hands up in surrender.

"Well, I willl get going now. It was nice meeting you, Miss-?" I said with a smile trying to get her name.

"Evandale Ellis. And he is Arwen Gray."

Even her name was pretty.

"Well, it was nice meeting you Evandale Ellis. I am Evan Verlice. I guess we are name mates. " I said grinning. Arwen barked at me again. JEEZ, can't you read the room doggie? I am trying to make a conversation.Evandale nodded.

" Arwen nice to  meet you too. Take care,bud." I said looking at Evandale one last time. No, I will see her again. I am going to come here every day from now on for the rest of my life. Thank God I lost my keys.

"Well,Evan we need to get going now."She said before walking out from the park.

OH MY HEART!

Arwen growled. What a moodbreaker dog! But no matter how I see it, this bud looks like a wolf. Huskies sure are of breed from wolves.

She turned and walked away from there with her Arwen. I guess I will be busy from this moment forward trying to find her.

Evandale Ellis's Pov:

I was getting ready for school when the door of my room flew open. Startled, I smudged my eyeliner. I looked at the person responsible for this deed. Arwen Gray. His face was neutral as always. I sighed.

"Knocking wouldn't let you lose your pride,Arwen." I said looking at the mirror examining the disaster at my left eye.

"I don't like to knock.You know that." He said leaning against my door.

I took a deep breathe. He keeps tasting my patience now-a-days.

"I would have been naked,Arwen. For your information, I don't want you to see my naked body. So please, even if you don't like to knock, do knock at my door before coming in. I would prefer it." I said moving towards to the bathroom to wash my face. I can't go to school looking like a what I don't know. I don't even have the time to redo the eyeliner. I glared at Arwen.

I washed my face quickly and came out wiping my face.

"You shouldn't wipe your face so hard. It will ruin your soft skin." Arwen said taking the towel from my hand.

He was towering over me. When did he come so close? He touched my face gently surprising me. I looked up at him. He started to wipe my face softly. I looked at his eyes. So pretty. Emerald green. My favourite color. No it was my favourite color but now I just hate it I guess.

"I am getting late. I don't have the time to wipe my face gently.Move." I said trying to look anywhere but his eyes. He didn't fluster me. I just don't want to look at his eyes.

"I am sorry. I will try to knock from now on.Don't be so angry.I will knock." He said softly.

What the hell was wrong with him? Other times, he would have totally ignored me let alone apologizing. I sighed. He sure have ways to surprise me everytime.

"It's okay.Just don't do it again. And please release me, I am late." I said trying to pull myself from him.

He didn't let go. He came closer and kissed my forehead softly. WHAT THE HELL WAS WRONG WITH HIM TODAY?

"W-what are you doing?" I asked looking at him.

He softly smiled. "I am just giving a peck to my fiancee." He said backing away.

"Come downstairs quickly. We are late, Evandale." He said turning his back towards me and left my room.

I stood there speechless. The presence of his lips on my forehead was still there.And fiancee? Was he finally insane? Was he trying to be sweet or what?

"Okay I need to get going right now." I said looking at the time.

Reaching downstairs,I saw my parents and brother laughing with my so-called fiancee,Arwen Gray. If only they knew what he did to me. I sighed putting on my earpods and left the house.

"Evandale!EVAN!" I heard some distant shouting . I looked back and there was Arwen running towards me.I frowned. Removing my earpods, I looked at him.

"God!Evandale! I have been screaming your name since forever. What the hell is your problem? I think I told you we are going school together." He shouted at me catching up to me.

"I didn't want to disturb you guys. I am really running late. And clearly, you didn't  tell me we were going to school together. Anyways, can we please continue this conversation later?" I said looking at the time.

"No. We are going to discuss this right now. I need to know what the hell your problem is. And you are going to listen to me. I clearly told you to come downstairs telling we were late.And we walk together to school every day. Why wouldn't you not understand that I was  telling you to come downstairsquickly,so we could go together. Are you that much dense? Don't walk away from me,Evandale Ellis! I don't care if you are late or not. We are going to discuss this right now." He said leaning down holding my shoulders tightly while I tried to walk away but in vain.

Yes this was him. How could I think he was trying to be a sweet guy just because he kissed my forehead? I hate him. Tears started to form in my eyes. I hate him so much.

"What the hell is your problem,Evandale?"

"MY FUCKING PROBLEM IS YOU JERK! I JUST HATE YOU SO MUCH!YOU ARE ASKING WHAT MY PROBLEM IS? MY PROBLEM IS YOU CHEATED ON ME! MY PROBLEM IS YOU!" I screamed at him trying to hold back my tears.

His grip loosened."Evandale,I-"

"Just don't. I have had enough of your it wasn't like that whereas it was like that. You cheated on me,Arwen." I said glaring at him.

"Evandale,it was a mistake. How many times do I have to tell you?"

"I don't need you to tell me. You cheated whether it was a mistake or not."

"OH MY GOD!EVANDALE IT WAS A DRUNKEN MISTAKE FOR FUCK'S SAKE!"

"Seriously,Arwen.Stop. Just stop. "

Arwen looked at me breathing heavily. He was angry. And I knew better than anyone not to anger him anymore.

I sighed.

"Can we talk later Arwen,please? I have an exam in the first period. And as much as I would like to bunk it, I can't. So, please let's just go to school." I said softly even though I wanted to punch the gut out of his face for screaming at me. Jerk.

Arwen sighed nodding and started to walk without saying anything. I walked beside him not saying much.

We walked in silence. The silence that made me really want to kill myself.
