Introduction
**Sienna Hayes**'s biggest regret in life was mistaking **Lucas Gray**, who walked into the urology department clutching his side, for a patient needing a circumcision. It wasn’t until the man gritted his teeth, unbuckled his belt, and endured the examination that she realized— This was the untouchable heir of the Gray dynasty, and all he had was a kidney stone. "Sir, please don’t report me..." She blinked back tears, pleading, "I’ll take responsibility!" **Lucas Gray** gripped her wrist, his dark eyes simmering. "Fine. Then you’re responsible for the rest of your life." Overnight, the rookie intern became the secret wife of the city’s most powerful man. **Sienna Hayes** played the role of the obedient little wife, murmuring sweetly, "Honey, time for your medicine." But inside, she was screaming: [*This bastard went to see that scheming b*tch again today!*] [*Hope his kidney stone flares up and kills him!*] Then one day, the white moonlight "accidentally" knocked over the medicinal broth she had spent three hours preparing. **Sienna Hayes** stared at the mess—and suddenly smiled. She grabbed the clay pot and smashed it at **Lucas Gray**’s feet in front of everyone— "**Lucas Gray**, I want a divorce! I’m done playing nice!" "Go treat your kidney stones yourself—I'm applying to be the in-house doctor at that male model club tomorrow!" Everyone said the Crown Prince would crush this audacious little girl who didn't know her place. Yet someone witnessed the notoriously ruthless **Lucas Gray** standing outside **Sienna Hayes'** dorm late at night, his eyes rimmed red. In his hands was a freshly brewed medicinal tonic: *"Darling, I’ve looked into it… That green tea was sent by my dad to test you."* *"The way you flipped out was—"* He pinned her against the wall, kissing her earlobe with a low chuckle, *"A thousand times hotter than when you pretended to be docile."* Later, the medical forum was stunned when the Crown Prince posted under his real name: Attached was a photo of his hands kneeling on a keyboard and a *"Male Model Club Acquisition Proposal."* **Sienna Hayes** replied in the comments: *"First, release your kidney stone medical records to prove I didn’t misdiagnose you."* Three minutes later, the official Gray Group account posted their marriage certificate and a full staff health report: *"Mrs. Gray is always right. P.S.: Hiring a TCM wellness specialist—salary negotiable based on the wife’s mood."*

"Could you please take off your pants and lie down on the bed inside?"

Sienna Hayes adjusted her gloves and walked in with medical tools in hand. Noticing that the man was still fully dressed, casually sitting in the consultation chair, she reminded him again.

"Mr. Gray, lie on the bed and take off your pants so I can examine you!"

Lucas Gray's dark eyes flashed with an icy glare. Reluctantly, he lay down but only lifted his shirt, revealing a toned set of abs and a glimpse of his V-line.

Sienna was starting to lose patience and pointed lower.

"Your pants. Off. How else am I supposed to check you?"

Behind his mask, Lucas's face turned darker than a storm cloud. Suppressing his urge to blow up, he unbuckled his belt, leaving on his white boxer briefs.

But apparently, that wasn’t enough for this young doctor. Without waiting, she reached over and yanked down his last defense.

Lucas immediately grabbed to cover himself, yelling, "Hey, are you out of your mind? What’re you doing?!"

"Performing an exam, obviously."

"What did you think I was gonna do to you? I’m a doctor; this is literally my job. And seriously, you’re a grown man—what are you so shy about?" The female doctor spoke with such confidence that Lucas Gray suddenly felt like some clueless rookie, totally overreacting.

Besides, she wasn’t even paying attention to the "view." She stayed bent over, fiddling with the medical equipment the whole time.

After about half a minute, she straightened up, squeezed some gel-like substance onto her hands, and rubbed it evenly.

Then, in a firm tone, she commanded, “Move your hands!”

Lucas refused, clutching his “precious” even tighter.

“Is this kind of... examination really necessary?” he asked, his voice tinged with hesitation.

Sienna Hayes, clearly running out of patience after waiting quite a while, snapped, “Of course it is! Otherwise, why’d you even bother coming to the hospital?”

“If you’re not going to cooperate, just leave, okay? There’s still a line of people outside waiting!”

Typically, Lucas spent endless hours buried in his research lab, sometimes going months without an actual break. That’s probably how he ended up with some minor health issues. After finally carving out some time for a hospital visit, he couldn’t just waste the whole day here, embarrassed.

Besides, he had a mask on. Who would even recognize him? Fine—if this was what it took, so be it. It wasn’t like he’d lose a piece of himself over it.

Slowly and hesitantly, his hands loosened, leaving a small gap.

"You done yet?" he muttered nervously.

Sienna, clearly fed up at this stage, acted decisively. She went straight to work, conducting the check-up with a no-nonsense professionalism.

“Hey! What the heck are you doing?!” Lucas shouted, feeling utterly mortified as he instinctively blurted out a curse.Sienna Hayes pressed Lucas Gray’s curled-up legs back down for the umpteenth time.

"Lie still, okay? How am I supposed to do my job if you keep squirming like this?"

"I see dozens of patients every single day, but you take the cake for being the least cooperative," she scolded, even as her cheeks beneath the mask burned crimson.

Sure, she had examined tons of organs before, but they were mostly on elementary school kids. A few awkward cases with teenage boys, yes—but this was her first time dealing with a grown man built like Lucas.

Lucas lay there with his eyes shut, his entire being practically screaming, "Get me out of here." He had come to check his kidneys, but this was starting to feel like some kind of medieval torture.

Three painfully awkward minutes ticked by before Sienna finally pushed out a relieved breath and wiped the sweat off her forehead.

"Mr. Gray, good news. There's absolutely nothing wrong with you—you’re fine. No need for a circumcision operation."

"What... WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?"

Lucas bolted upright on the examination table, his legs flailing so hard they nearly toppled the medical cart nearby.

Sienna’s face froze with confusion. She couldn’t for the life of her figure out what had triggered this outburst. Hadn’t she just delivered perfectly good news? Or maybe she hadn’t praised him enough? Was he one of those guys who expected a heap of compliments to feel good about himself?

But seriously, how much more "nice" could she have been? Anything extra would just sound ridiculously fake, wouldn’t it?"Mr. Gray, no need to be so surprised. Your health is great; you don't need surgery. Plus, it won't affect your... married life at all. So—"

"Who said I came here for circumcision? I had back pain two nights ago and came to check my kidneys!"

"What?!"

Sienna wished the ground would just swallow her whole. She completely forgot the embarrassing blunder she just made and immediately covered her now beet-red face with her hands.

"Oh my god, this is so humiliating!"

Lucas didn't care about her awkwardness and lashed out angrily, "What kind of doctor are you? You don’t even bother to ask about the symptoms before rushing into random checks. Do you have any idea that what you just did violates patient confidentiality? I'm filing a complaint!"

"Please, Mr. Gray, don't! I’m begging you, okay?"

Sienna changed her tone in an instant, her voice trembling as though she was about to cry. She’d forgotten that her patient wasn’t even dressed yet and grabbed onto him desperately, pleading her case.

"I just graduated and started my internship. This month alone, I’ve already been scolded by my supervisor 28 times. If you complain again, I won't make it through my internship and won’t graduate! I’m begging you, please don’t!"

Lucas was so frustrated, he almost laughed. A doctor who’s been reprimanded 28 times in a single month had no business staying in a hospital. She’d only end up hurting herself and others.

"Are you crazy? Let go of me! I’m definitely filing that complaint. If someone like you keeps practicing medicine, I might as well change my last name!""Please, Mr. Gray, don't do this! I swear I've got strong theoretical knowledge; being a doctor is my life's dream. Don't ruin a budding talent in the medical field, okay? Please!"

"Get lost!"

Lucas Gray was desperately trying to grab his underwear, but Sienna Hayes firmly pushed him back onto the examination bed.

"I'm really, really sorry, Mr. Gray! I messed up big time. I truly apologize. Please don't file a complaint against me—I can do anything to make it up to you!"

"I'm sorry, I—I—I made a mistake! How about… I help you recover somehow?"

The word "complaint" had Sienna shaken to her core, and in her panic, she ended up making things worse.

Things just kept spiraling downhill for Lucas.

"Oh my God, I'm sorry! It seems like I'm making things even worse!"

The room was so quiet you could've heard a pin drop.

Lucas Gray stared at her with an expression so intense it felt like he might ignite her with his glare.

Does this woman have some sort of problem? If she does, why is she even a doctor? And since when can doctors casually examine anything they like?

After pulling his pants back on, Lucas took out his phone, quickly snapping shots of her badge.

"Sienna Hayes, ID number 6596—just wait for that nice little complaint letter. Oh, and expect to hear from my lawyer about violating patient privacy!"

Sienna was horrified, practically frozen with fear. She darted to the door, using her small frame to block his exit.If she hadn't been scolded like crazy by that annoying vice president early this morning, she wouldn't have been so out of it and made such a silly mistake.

"Mr. Gray, I'm begging you, please, cut me some slack this time! I know it's all my fault, but I swear I have my reasons!"

"Oh? You have reasons?" Lucas Gray let out a cold laugh. "Alright, one minute. Explain."

Sienna Hayes instantly launched into a frantic explanation, words tumbling out like a waterfall.

"My name's Sienna Hayes. I just graduated from med school and started interning at the hospital last month. I’m trained in general surgery, but my supervisor insisted on transferring me to urology, said it’s the busy season because all these students line up to get circumcisions during the summer. He claimed the department was short-staffed and desperate."

"Honestly, I didn’t want to go—I mean, I’m a woman! But he threatened me, said if I didn’t agree, he’d withhold my internship evaluation. Plus, he promised most of the patients would be little kids. So, I caved."

"When you do the same thing over and over every day, you start acting on autopilot, you know? Then today, the supervisor went off and suddenly reassigned me to urology instead of the pediatric unit. Do you know how close the names of these departments are? Urology and pediatric urology—just one word difference! It’s my first day here, and you’re the very first patient. So… so… I just assumed you were here for… for a circumcision!" Sienna's voice kept getting softer as she explained, even she felt that her excuse was completely ridiculous.

"Being a doctor requires careful professional skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure. Dr. Hayes clearly lacks both and is unfit for this profession."

Lucas's tone was sharp and clear; it was obvious he wasn't planning to let this slide.

Sienna’s eyes were turning red with anxiety as she pleaded again, looking utterly pitiful.

"Mr. Gray, please don’t file a complaint against me, okay?"

She hesitated for a second before blurting out, "I... I'll take responsibility for this!"

Lucas’s expression was cold as he asked, "And how exactly do you plan to take responsibility?"

Dropping her head down and mumbling, Sienna replied softly, "W-w-what if I became your girlfriend?"

"My girlfriend?"
