The night was completely dark.

Bai Nianyi was struggling with a drunken man at the entrance of the Saint Hotel.

"Let me go! I'll call the police if you don't let me go!" Her face turned red as she struggled anxiously with all her strength.

The man laughed. His expression was one of complete evil. "Don't pretend to be pure and innocent before me. I added something to your wine earlier so I don't believe that you don't want it!"

His words were like a bomb. It instantly blew her mind.

What did he do to her wine back there?

She felt a shiver down her back, but even that couldn't stop her temperature from rising.

It was as if a cluster of flames were burning inside her that was only growing stronger and stronger.

"F*ck off!" Bai Nianyi gritted her teeth and cursed angrily as she aimed a hard kick at the man's weak spot.

He roared with pain and bent over, using his hands to cover his tender spot.

Bai Nianyi did not stop to think. Instead, she rushed to the middle of the road and stopped a taxi. She hopped in and rushed straight home.

As the cold night breeze blew against her skin, the strange feeling in her body made her feel more and more uncomfortable.

It felt like there was a kitten running amok inside her body, using its claws to claw at her heart.

It was late at night. Even the servants were all asleep.

Only the sound of her uneven footsteps could be heard in the huge villa as she rushed to her bedroom.

"Bang!"

As she rushed around in complete darkness, Bai Nianyi suddenly collided into what felt like a firm chest. Her head was hurting from the collision.

"What's wrong with you?! What are you doing running around like a ghost in the middle of the night?!"

The cold voice crashed over her, but it only fanned the flames burning inside her`.

"Ye Junlin..." Bai Nianyi lowered her head submissively when faced with his menacing look. She quietly looked at him with sparkling eyes.

Ye Junlin's gaze did not waver at all. It was filled with such coldness that it seemed like it could freeze her soul.

Bai Nianyi could not help but feel a little upset and wronged.

After her 16th birthday, this man acted as though he was possessed by someone else. He was as cold and intimidating as a giant iceberg. He became someone that she could no longer understand or approach. 

She didn't know what she did wrong to make Ye Junlin suddenly hate her so much.

The man in front of her was shrouded in the darkness, but this did not affect the intimidating aura he exuded. He seemed like a powerful god who had complete control over everything.

Such a perfect chiseled figure was able to dazzle anyone in the world.

The deep blue nightgown could not conceal her perfect figure.

His faintly visible pectoral muscles made Bai Nianyi blush inexplicably. She couldn't help but want to reach out and touch it.

There seemed to be a little monster inside her, desperately encouraging her to be bold and do something crazy.

"Ye Junlin, I don't feel well..."

As she stared at the Ye Junlin standing in front of her, Bai Nianyi mewled pitifully. The unbearable heat she felt in her body made her feel like she was being burned alive.

There was also the constant tingling that accompanied the heat. She felt like she was about to go crazy!

"Take your medicine if you don't feel well." His response was as cold as ice.

However, his deep, gruff voice caused Bai Nianyi heart to thump... She never felt this way before.

She endured the raging monster inside her as she bit her rosy lips in desperation.

"I feel so uncomfortable! It's unbearable!"

It was as if many tiny bugs were crawling all over her skin, slowly sending her into a frenzy.

Bai Nianyi held her hand, clenching it so tightly until her fingernails pierced through the skin on the palms of her hand.

Her face was flushed and her eyes were beginning to cloud over.

Ye Junlin's gaze was like a block of ice, but he never left her side. He carefully observed her in the dark.

Based on her behavior, she must have taken an aphrodisiac!

D*mn it!

Ye Junlin cursed internally.

She had always been so obedient. How could she have taken something like this?

Ye Junlin frowned. His voice was full of anger as he questioned her, "Bai Nianyi, what did you take?"
