In the beautiful shipwrecked,
Where the ocean witnessed her love.

A woman who hopes,
In too darkness she waits,

And accepting her fate.
Elizabeth smiled as she finished the fifth poem she wrote for today. Writing has always been her companion since she was young, she explored writing as if she's exploring the ocean. Like her new theme this year, “In the heart of the sea”.
A knocked on her door interrupted her thoughts. “Come in.”
“I'm very sorry, Dr. Grimaldi. I know it's your lunch break, but we have an emergency operation due to a road accident, and we would really need your help.” the head nurse, Auburn explained anxiously.
“It's alright, Nurse Auburn. We didn't want them to be here, but fate lead them so... might as well do our job, right?” she replied smiling.
Elizabeth stood up and fixed her lab coat before going out in her everyday life. Code red warning welcomed her as soon as she got out of her office that made her ran to the hospital's entrance. Patients after patients passed her but all of them have minor injuries, so they weren't assigned to her.
“Dr. Grimaldi, a head trauma patient is on the way, be their doctor in charge.” Dr. Martin, one of the pediatrician approached her.
She nodded her head as she took a deep breath.
A minute later, a stretcher came rushing to her. “Patient head trauma is severe, he hit his head in a post where his car came crushing.”
Elizabeth checked the patient while listening to the nurse, she immediately checked everything she needed to check including blood pressure, pulse, and so on.
While she is busy checking the patient's body she asked the nurse about the identification of her patient, “Have you got his name? Any IDs? Anything so we can contact his relatives? He needs an immediate surgery, and we can't just do it without a consent.”
“Thomas Parcivall, a lawyer. We're already contacting his wife.” the nurse replied.
Elizabeth suddenly stopped, her ears got numb and her mind got blank for a second. “What did you say, Nurse?”
The nurse looked at her confused, “Thomas Parcivall, a lawyer and his wife is on her way, Dr.”
This is so fucked up, I need to save him no matter what. She thought.
Thomas, huh? After 11 years, I am finally able to see you again. After all these years, but I guess I'm too late...
