Hunter was seated at his desk in his office. Suddenly his phone rings "What?" he said answering his wife from the phone. "I just wanted to know if you were going home early?" she replied on the other line "Don't wait for me I won't go home" his voice was icy. "but-" he cut her off "I won't go home I'm busy" he then ended the call.
Back home Isabella was devastated. She prepared dinner for him to announce that she was pregnant. And in celebration of their wedding anniversary. "I guess he forgot" she said to herself.
Their marriage was full of up and downs back then it was all pure happiness, he would go home early. They would cuddle to bed. They would date every Sunday and celebrate their birthdays, anniversarys and more. But now everything was changed.
He would turn out cold. Shout at her. Forgot her birthday and neglects her date invites. As for her she was too kind too get mad at him. She loved him too much that even though she was getting a lot of pain through his words and actions she would stay and understand him. That everything he do she chose to love that too.
Hunter's office
He called on his lawyer to settle their divorce papers. He is going to let her go. Why? Because of her best friend.
Lian was always honest about her love for her best friend 's husband Hunter. She made ways to ruin her image. She ruined her life. She will ruin her bestfriend's marriage. She gave a picture to hunter showing her Best friend Isabella with Hunter's cousin Matthew. He was furious. He was jealous he can't contain. He was over thinking. Lian taking her chances to seduce Hunter. That night a sin happened between them. That night was Isabella'S birthday and her husband was fucking her best friend. That night she celebrated alone. That night Isabella cried. And that night she starts to suspect. A red flag no. 1 she thought. And she cried to sleep.
Hunter came home late exactly 12 am in the morning. He was surprised when he saw their dining table there was his wife sleeping at their dining chairs. Food was served at the table. He turned to look at his wife.
Isabella was a true goddess of beauty. So as Hunter. He was a very handsome man. Rich billionaire to be exact.
He touches her face gently not to wake her up. But she wakes up. She was suppose to get mad at him but she couldn't. She couldn't yell at him. He was busy and she should understand it. "Good morning hubby" she greeted and smiled. He just nodded "How's the business? Are you tired? Go sleep hubby. It's just 12 am" she added. "Shut it Bella. I'm too tired for your talking" gone was the Hunter who was gentle awhile ago. He turned at her cold.
"Let's talk tomorrow at 8 am we have to discuss something" he reminded her before taking the stairs to their bedroom. Isabella could only smile. Sad smile. "No matter what I will love you" she thought.
She woke up at 7 am. She did her morning rituals and went down to cook them breakfast. Just as she finished preparing the table Hunter went down and sat at the dining chair.
"Let's eat?" Isabella started the conversation.
They were eating peacefully not until Hunter spoked "Let's take divorce" She dropped her utensils and stopped chewing. "W-what did I do wrong?" she carefully asked him. "stop acting like you don't know anything Bella, am I not enough that you have to go out with my cousin Matthew? I should have believed my mom when she said that I'm too good for you. That you are a gold digger" his words crushed her like hell.
Matthew is just her friend. Matthew was gay. And she couldn't say it because Matthew personally said that they should keep it a secret.
"Hunter please let me explain. Matthew is just my friend please stop jumping into conclusions" she begged him. She's too afraid to let go. She's too weak to yell. She loved him too much to provoke him.
"someone saw you both coming out at a hotel Bella tell me how can you fucking explain that?!" he shouted as he banged the table which made her flinch. She could only cry at his actions.
Of course it Was lian who told Hunter about the false accusations to Bella.
Matthew and Bella just got to see the new renovation of Matthew's friend's hotel. Yet she was accused her cheating.
Hunter threw the divorce papers at the table "sign it now Bella I don't wanna get near to a slut gold digger bitch like you" he said words he can't take back. He said words that stabbed her heart.
"Hunter please, please don't do this to me" she cried out loud. She begged. She kneeled. She kneeld for the first time. She broke her mom's words to not kneel and beg to someone who can't respect her. But she love Hunter even though it's a cause of turning back to her mom's words.
"Stop trying your luck get up and sign it Bella. You love me right? You want me to be happy right? Now the only thing that can make me feel better is going out of this marriage" he used her weaknesses. She had no choice to give in. But she still had one more alas to save this marriage.
"I can't sign it Hunter. Please I beg you give me a chance to explain. Hunter I'm pregnant. Please don't leave me" she smiled through the pain. She smiled through her tears upon telling him about their child.
Hunter was stunned. But he couldn't believe it.
"Is that my child or Matthew's?." her heart shattered upon hearing his reply. He didn't believe her that it was their child. "Abort it I don't want any connections with you after we separate" He said the words that stabbed her chest with a lot of pain.
Now she had no choice. She signed the divorce papers and there's no turning back.
But before hunter leave He threw cash at her face. "You did great gold digger slut" she closed her eyes to swallow all the pain.
She's alone now. And now she can't believe what had happened to her will of kindness. Hatred. Pain. and Revenge clouded her emotions and thoughts.
"It's all you and me dear, and we'll come back and let them suffer" she talked and rubs her belly.
