I stood by the door rubbing my hands hoping that they'd warm up a little bit in this cold. The clothes I wore did little to nothing warming me up.

Dressed in an old dress I found in my mother's closet, luckily we're the same size, I wore a very cheap ugly coat on top and finished off the outfit with some heels I snatched somewhere, they weren't really nice but they did give off an illusion of a young lady, which I am indeed.

I have to say that my momma had style, the dress I wore was really thin and had a high slit as well as an open-back, it practically showed off every single curve I had and that's what I used as an advantage.

My momma was a singer, she had the most beautiful voice that anyone had ever heard but unluckily it wasn't enough to sign her so she could go big.

She sang in bars and clubs, she would make good cash for just about a week but it would all go to waste because of her addiction to drugs. She was gorgeous, and I loved watching her sing on that stage, wearing the same dress I'm wearing right now, however it's a bit tighter on me, she would have her cigarette in her left hand and whenever she brought it to her red painted lips she would make the men swoon.

I'm guessing that's where I got my game of seduction, although I don't smoke, I do know how to smooth my way into getting what I want, but I do it for a good cause, for my little sister, Zada.

Our momma passed before she could get to know her, she was just six months and it's just been me and her. Our auntie tried to take us in however she was only able to raise us for a few years before her husband started becoming grabby and she kicked us out, right, kick out the kids. She said that I had just been like my whore of a momma, seducing every man I saw and not caring whether he's married or not.

Zada and I didn't share the same father, mine was a black man who apparently was momma's high school love but the moment I was conceived, in high school, all that love left with him too. Zada's father was a white man from one of the club's momma used to sing at, he was married and his wife demanded that momma be fired, he wanted to be there for Zada but the wife wasn't having it.

I was six years older than Zada, and it hasn't been the easiest for me. We got kicked out of aunties when I was fourteen and we tried an orphanage but it just wasn't working out for us, we stayed for about three years and we left on our own accord.

One of momma's friends, Winnie, was a landlady and she blessed us with a place to stay, she gave us the first few months without having to pay and soon she needed to get her money, I had no hard feelings against her because I understood very well.

I dropped out of school and used one of my many talents to make money, I started off with some local men and would just bat my eyes for them and they would be opening their wallets. From the local men, I would upgrade to working men, all types of work, with no care if they had wives or children because they obviously didn't care as well.

And soon I graduated to businessmen, rich men or almost rich men and that was my territory, that was our bread and Zada's school fees and Winnie's rent money, and I have been doing quite well for five years.

Now, please don't confuse my con work with sex work, I never ever let them touch my forbidden fruit, I never had to, all I had to use was words and a bit of giggling and a bit of cooing and they would be puddles. Yes, I must admit that most of them were scary, some were difficult but I did manage to succeed, I knew how to handle them all well.

There have been incidents when the men I conned would find me walking down the street and demand whatever I stole from them back, but I would easily play the victim or pretend I've never seen them in my life and it's done me well up until now.

Enough talk, now it's time for me to work. The man I had been watching for over a week finally entered the bar and I followed soon behind him, of course, the bouncer or guard wanted some sort of identification from me but I managed to get him to let me through.

I slowly took off my coat making sure I had my left leg showing, I slowly descended down the stairs aware of all the eyes that were on me, confident in my stride, I made it to the bar and sat down on the stool pushing my curly hair away from my face.

The bartender made his way over to me with an obviously hyped up ego and a smirk that says 'I know I'm hot', please, I've seen better.

"What can I get you love?" he asked leaning over the bar and I smiled bringing the bottom corner of my lips between my teeth before letting it go once I saw his eyes looking at them.

"Uhm, I think I'll have a-" I started off softening my voice and wanting to appear 'vulnerable' for them.

"A Martini on the rocks," the man said looking at me, his eyes started off from the top of my head before slowly travelling down my body down to my exposed thigh right to the black heel I wore.

I won't lie, just like I have the whole week, I studied him starting from his short hair that was neatly cut to his contoured face with amazing brown eyes and thick pink lips, yeah not my type, but he had muscles and was fairly tall, well taller than me in conclusion he was a very beautiful black man, like if I wasn't about to steal his watch and some of that money in his wallet, his whole wallet actually, and if I liked dating, I would date him just for the fun of it but then again not my type, just like they all aren't.

"That is correct," I said looking back to the bartender who looked a bit angry that his meal was taken from him, believe me, sir, you weren't going to eat even. "Who do I thank for such a correct choice?"

I cocked my head to the side extending my hand to his and he brought it up to his lips.

  "Mike, and yours?"

"Sarah," I lied through my teeth and he smiled sitting down next to me.

"I have to say, Sarah, you are a gorgeous woman, what are you doing out here all alone?" he asked as he brought his scotch whisky to his lips and took a sip while I did the same with my drink trying so hard not to grimace, I was going to order some ice tea!

"Who says I'm alone?" I asked amusedly, flipping this ridiculous weave behind my shoulder.

"I don't see any man next to you," he said scooting closer and I reciprocated his actions.

"I don't need a man," I said whispering closely to his lips and he stared down at them before downing the rest of his drink.

"Would you like to get out of here?" he asked and I grinned.

  "I thought you'd never ask."

We left the bar and somehow ended up at a hotel, he held my hips as he kissed on my neck and I faked moans while I kept my hands busy, well you know where.

I slipped both his watch and wallet into my coat, it may be cheap but it sure did have a lot of pockets in it.

I pushed him onto the couch dropping my coat onto the couch next to him. Thankfully it didn't make any sound of the stolen goods, I climbed onto his lap and his hands immediately grabbed my hands pushing me down onto his member and he groaned.

"Wait, let's have a drink!" I said getting up and walking over to the bar pouring us both a drink. The ring I wore had the coolest feature on it ever, it could open and store some things in it where the 'diamond' was. Pouring out the powdered sleeping pills into his drink, I quickly stirred it and walked over to him.

I downed my drink and once I saw he had finished his, I climbed back on his lap and pulled his tie off, waiting patiently for him to fall asleep. His hands lessened their pressure on my hips and I pushed his chest a bit checking if he was still awake.

"Mike?" I called out in his ear and there was no response, "Mike?" I slapped him hard across the face and yeah, it was lights out for him.

I helped him lay on his back on the couch and took off his shoes because they looked like they would get me good money. I covered his body with a blanket that I had found in one of the rooms. See, I still had a heart.

Before leaving, I made sure I grabbed an apple for the long road back home.

  "Goodnight, Mike."
