A/N: Title Renamed: The Ink Between Us
Plot
Savannah Ridges is a self-made woman, a successful writer and novelist, who is famous for her romance novels. When she meets the handsome billionaire prince from Barcelona, Spain, Sebastien Mateo Santiago, it’s love at first sight for Sebastien, but for Savannah, she is immediately put off by the suave, debonair prince. Savannah does her best to ignore Sebastien’s advances, but when an accident befalls the Prince, will Savannah give her heart to Sebastian?
Chapter 1: The Woman Who Writes Love
Savannah Ridges is everything she built herself to be—independent, sharp, and wildly successful. Her romance novels dominate bestseller lists, yet she secretly doesn’t believe in the kind of love she writes about. To her, love is control, illusion, and eventually—loss.
She thrives on structure, solitude, and distance.
So when she’s invited to a luxury literary gala in Barcelona, she treats it as business—nothing more.
Chapter 2: The Prince Who Believes
Sebastien Mateo Santiago, the golden prince of Barcelona, attends the gala out of obligation—until he sees her.
Savannah.
Unimpressed. Unbothered. Untouchable.
While others fawn over his title, she barely acknowledges him. And that alone is enough to hook him completely.
To him, she feels like something real.
Chapter 3: Collision
Their first interaction is sharp.
Sebastien is charming, effortlessly confident. Savannah is cool, dismissive, and unimpressed by wealth or titles.
She tells him plainly:
“I don’t do fairy tales. And I definitely don’t do princes.”
Instead of being insulted… he smiles.
Because now he wants her even more.
Chapter 4: Persistence
Sebastien begins showing up—subtly, strategically.
A private tour invitation. A handwritten note referencing her books. A quiet dinner arranged “coincidentally” at the same place she dines.
Savannah sees right through it.
And yet… she doesn’t leave.
Chapter 5: Cracks in the Armor
Against her better judgment, Savannah agrees to one evening with him.
No titles. No expectations.
Just Sebastien.
And for the first time, she sees the man beneath the prince—thoughtful, intelligent, deeply romantic in a way that feels… dangerous.
Because it starts to feel real.
Chapter 6: The Story She Won’t Write
Sebastien confesses:
He’s read every one of her books.
Savannah is unsettled.
Because he understands her writing too well—he sees the longing she hides between the lines.
He tells her:
“You don’t believe in love, but you write like you’re still searching for it.”
She pulls away.
Hard.
