Happiness, joy, peace are all strange feelings to Ria.

　　" Ria, ria where are you ? " An angry voice shouted.

　　" I'm coming, mother." A girl who looks like she is sixteen came running inside the house.

　　The woman slapped her immediately she got to her.

　　" Don't you dare call me mother. I am not your mother or you want me killed like you did your mother, cursed child." She spat on her.

　　The girl dared not wipe the spit off her face only if she wanted to face another wrath from her.

　　" I'm sorry." She said lowly.

　　" You broke my plates." The woman shouted with her eyebrows lowered and pulled closer together with her eye bulging out.

　　" Plates ? Mother...."

　　She slapped her with the broken piece of the plate in her hand causing a deep cut on her face,feeling no pain she held her face with her bruised hands gotten from the constant beatings she experienced.

　　" I am not your mother." She slapped her again.

　　" I'm sorry ma'am but I'm not the one who break the plate." She said lowering her head, sobbing lowly.

　　" So you are saying my children are lying..."

　　Her eyes averted to her step siblings as they giggled.

　　" No ma'am."she said

　　" No food for you for two weeks."

　　" Okay ma'am."

　　The woman walked out.

　　It was not her first time of being starved, she had gone months without having any food.

　　When the woman left, she burst into tears.

　　" Put me down." Ria giggled playfully hitting him on the chest.

　　" Your giggles sound cute, I am bringing you here every weekend." He said putting her down.

　　" Well it will be a pleasure to follow you, I will have the opportunity to stare at the water flowing calmly wishing my life was just as calm as that." She said and took a deep breath then turned to face Cole.

　　He was looking at her with a sad look but quickly changed his look immediately she turned.

　　" Let's go."

　　" Who are you ? " She shouted.
