Alina was running along the muddy mountain road. She was completely soaked and then spotted a cave ahead and dashed for it.
"Huff..."
Panting heavily, Alina raked a hand through her soaked hair, muttering with a complaint, "How the heck did I get lost on a graduation trip? My phone's dead too... What do I do now?"
Suddenly, a tightening sensation on her calf — it was as if something had entangled her.
"Ah ——" Alina instinctively cried out in terror, "Who, who is that? Ah ————"
With another heartrending scream, Alina lost her balance as someone pulled her down onto the ground...
A warm, solid body immediately pressed against hers.
A man!
He was, breath hot and rough, breathing onto Alina's face. Though her clothing was wet and thin, she could feel his strength.
"Ah..." Alina was quite frightened, her tongue was tied in knots, "You...what are you intending to do?"
The man leaned in closer to her ear, his deep voice coming out in broken gasps, "Good girl... help me..."
"?!" Alina was taken aback, help him? Help with what? How to help?
Under the dim light, she couldn't quite make out the man's face, only sensing him sinking down...
"Umm..."
His lips, spot on, landed on hers! Their lips sealed tightly together, rendering Alina an unprecedented experience! What...what just happened? Was she kissing someone?

Alina's eyes widened in shock, raising her hands to forcefully push him away, but her strength was limited. In desperation, she was on the verge of tears, "Sniffle, please move away."

Mustering her courage, Alina decided to move closer and touch the man's nose... It's over! He's not breathing!

Biting her finger with anxiety, a thought suddenly jolted through Alina's mind; she recalled the first-aid measures she had learned in school. "That's right! Mouth-to-mouth resuscitation..."
But, this was a stranger. Still, this was a question of life and death!
Collecting her nerves, she didn't think about it for too long. Alina leaned over, supported the man's chin, pinched his nose, and placed her mouth on his to conduct mouth-to-mouth resuscitation... one breath, one breath, imparted into his mouth.
Through the haziness, the man's eyes opened by a sliver...
In his line of sight, a girl was leaning over him, giving him lip-to-lip resuscitation.
