"Please welcome! Our guest for tonight. The one and only, roaring pop-idol! Mr. Clint de Leon!" the host shouts and seems excited to see Clint again.

She's just watching him, again, inside her car through online live.

"Woooahhhh!! Clint!" the voice of his fans cover his singing voice so she can barely hear the song.

"Miss Dia, Why not watch the concert inside?"

Catadia focus on the live concert. The scream of his fans sounds very the same as a roaring thunder during rainy days.

"No, he still won't see me. I don't even have a chance. I'm just one in his million fans," she murmur and close the laptop on her lap. "Let's go."

The driver start the car's engine and drive it away from the concert garage. Tears drop slowly on her cheek. Thoughts come up to her mind. Images of an unforgetable past, flashbacks, continuously pop up on her mind.

"You still love him, right?" the old man ask her like she's his daughter.

"Yes, but. . . He's so far. I can't reach him," she answers.

She wipe her tears with a tissue from her bag. She looks at the city. It looks like the reflection of the stars from the sky. A mirror that reflects a personality. The beauty behind the darkness.

"How about a cotton candy treat, Miss Catadia? I've been your personal driver for almost 30 years. I know you," The old man tries to comfort her.

"Okay"

The old man stops the car in a parking lot. There's a cotton candy stand near a mall. He open the cars door and before he's going out, he says, "Stay here. Call me if you need something."

The old man walk towards the stand and Catadia's just watching from the car.A father-daughter bonding -that's what she feels-

She put the laptop back on her lap and scroll to find some latest update about Clint. She sees a picture while signing an autograph with his fans. A girl is hugging him very tight and she imagines that what if he already has girlfriend. They're laughing, walking and having fun ahead of her.

She's using a dummy account so that Clint won't recognize her. She's typing on her laptop to give some comment for Clint's recent concert -Horrayy! You're still awesome as ever. . . From anonymous number 1 fan!- She doubts pressing the upload button of her laptop so she stops for a while. She close her laptop and put it on the chair next to her.

The old man is coming with the cotton candies. She shift her gaze to him. As he's walking towards the car, she can imagine her parents. They're talking about her achievements -they never really did-.

The old man knocks her window so she open it and he hands her one of the cotton candies. She happily takes it and eat it immediately. The taste is as sweet a sugar but have strawberry flavor and scent. The old man enter the car and sits on the driver's seat.

"Do you like it?" He asks while preparing the car to leave.

"You're always great, Mr. Wiltston. How I wish that you'll never resign. You're like a father of me," she said and stare the cotton candy.

Its taste fits its color. Unlike her life, her wealth don't fit her family relationship. She's born rich and gifted yet her life is still incomplete.

"Mr. Wiltston, do you have a daughter?" Catadia asks and takes a bite of the candy.

"Yes, I do have a daughter but she abandoned her children so I take custody of them. I'm working for them to finish their studies so that they won't end up like their parents. I love her yet she is. . . she's a failure," He explains and drives the car away from the garage. "Alexa has a kidney disease, my oldest grand daughter. She suffered a lot and I can see her at you."

-Clint is the only person who can take away her loneliness and sadness- a belief that she wants to hold 'til death.

"Do you think my parents love me?" She asks with an innocent voice.

"I don't know but no parents don't love their children," His answers make Catadia confuse.

"If it is? Then why do your daughter left her offsprings under your custody and as a result, you've to work instead of taking a rest. Lying in bed and being cared. Don't she loves them?" Her question almost insults the old man yet he has long patience.

The old man sighs and doesn't give any response to her question. It's a pain on his part to think that it's his daughter who left first. He often thinks he's a failure father to have a daughter like her. Silence also cover the whole journey. Catadia's going back home and doesn't expecting her parents to be at their house.

"I want to see Alexa. How old is she?" She finish eating the candy and wipes her mouth using a tissue.

"She's going to be eighteen tomorrow and I don't have gift for her. My income last month has been all used, I have to buy-"

"We're gonna visit her and I'll make sure her 18th birthday will be memorable!" Catadia lively said and seems very excited.

"Thank you miss Dia," he says that makes her heart jump for joy.

The silence of the night helps her calm. She looks at the sky and sees the stars glowing and glimmering one by one. While the car is still running, she take her laptop back and put it on her lap. Open it, then send the comment. Finally, she has the guts to send it.

"Wishing that he'll notice this," she says and has different smile on her lips.
