Other's pov :
HOME.......
Home is where you hang your heart......
HOME....
Home isn’t a place, it's a feeling......
Kumar's home is now turned into a place to create memorable moments.
It's the 30th wedding anniversary of Kumar and Naina and their home is turned into a beautiful place, all credit goes to their children.
"What the hell are you doing, karan? I told you to stick this to wall not on your head. Aaarrrggghhh" anvitha whisper yelled at her brother for not doing his work properly.
"I'm not a decorator here. I am Doctor for your information. Why every time you forget what I am capable of doing and give me the weirdest thing to do." he scoffed at her loving sister who is hell bent to irritate him to the core.
"karan stop shouting. They will wake up. If it happens,I will never let you go easily. You remember right what happened last time."Anvitha threatened him pointing her index finger at him unaware that her voice raised a bit and resulted in disturbing their parents' sleep.
"How can I forget? you witch. You made me clean the mess that too alone. "karan glared at her remembering how torturous it was.
When they were busy fighting they didn't realise that they had disturbed their parents' sleep and were witnessing their fight with amusement.
Karan and Naina had enough, in order to stop their fight they switched on the light up until now the room was lit with one zero watt bulb.
Their breath got stuck and they had happy tears.
The room is decorated with their memories.
The living room is filled with their sweet memorable photos. From their 1st anniversary to 29th. Each step they take forward they find photos of their next progressing year, Their cute little family.
They were awestruck with the decoration.
On the other hand anvitha was glaring at karan for being too loud inreturn he raised his hand in surrender.
"Happy 30th Wedding Anniversary papa and maa" She shouted, shooting her charming smile. Meanwhile they took their own sweet time reminiscing about their lovely times.
It is now karan turns to glare anvitha inturn she sticks her tongue out. It's their thing to wish them together as they would fight over wishing first.
Karan and Naina laughed at their childishness. As they grow, their love for their children is not reducing, in turn it is increasing.
"Ok, My babies. Stop, you caty fight and proceed with the celebration."he knows if they didn't interfere now there would be no end to their kitty catty fight.
"Papa, she is mean. She wished you guys first. It was always our thing. She broke it."Karan whined like a kid. Naina moved toward him to correct the hair which got misplaced by his whine.
"That's ok,karan. Let it go. She is your baby sister. Anyways she will be marrying soon and going to another house. Let her have her time ``Naina said soothingly to stop their fight alas it only led to another one.
"Maa, I am not going anywhere. That too I am not going to leave this party popper alone. I get immense pleasure when I irritate this guy. I don't want to miss that chance by going away from him.`` Anvitha spoke by placing her hands on hip.
Karan and Naina were speechless. They know how inseparable they are. They were scared of them, especially Anvitha when the time came for her to leave the house. Karan loved her like his own daughter. He pampered her, spoiled her, and protected her all the time. They were scared of their baby girl when she would be alone to face the world. They know they can't be with her all the time and they cannot interfere in some problems.
But they have full hope that she would solve any problem with her smile and soft spoken nature.
She was agitated at karan but at the same time she didn't want to spoil her parents' lovely day with their banter and more over she had put her heart to decorate beautifully. She doesn't want to spoil that.
"Ok, fine. Stop whining. Let's wish from first, shall we."She gave him a fake sweet smile indicating to him to stop the fight. Karan is not that dumb to not understand it. He nodded his head in approval.
"Happy Wedding Anniversary papa and maa"they both shouted at the top of lungs making the couple cringe at their loudness.
Both karan and anvitha giggled unison and pounced on their parents for a hug.
"Now, let's cut the cake."Anvitha squealed like a kid. No one will believe she is 25. She acts like a kid when she gets excited.
"Oh ho anvitha you are not a kid anymore. Stop squealing like a kid" karan said making an irritating face but he was adoring his baby sister.
"Stop it karan. Let her be." Kumar pulled Anvitha for a hug and kissed her head lovingly. "Ok , now gift time"Again anvitha squealed as she couldn't contain her excitement.
"Keep smiling. It's the biggest gift you could ever give us" said kumar. Soon Naina agreed, hugging the father daughter duo. Karan being karan joined their hug by pulling anvitha hair along to irritate her.
"Come on papa, maa. Look at the gift and reject it later '' Anvitha pouted and smiled brightly. They could see her excitement in her eyes to show the gift. Finally they agreed and proceeded to have a look at it.
"Tada"
Well cooked food neatly placed on the dining table but every dish is their favourite. They were surprised to see 30 favourite dishes placed on the dining table. They know who prepared all this.
"You don't have to take so much trouble, baby girl" Naina told Anvitha with adoration.
"Maa taste it before and tell me the same thing later" she challenged her mom. Soon they took their respective places and dived into it not before taking a photo. Indeed it was finger licking delicious. They had a great time having their food.
"Anvi, get ready by 10 in the morning tomorrow. We don't want to be late for the wedding. "Naina remained anvitha.
"Yes, mom. Ishu akka will kill me, if I don't make it on time." She nodded her head and noted to wake up early to get ready.
Ishu aka Ishwarya is anvitha cousin from maternal side. They are very close and tomorrow is her wedding. As it is pandemic time, they have decided to make it simple with few relatives.
She even heard that Ishu's husband is super rich. She kind of felt uneasy about going. Anvitha was feeling something big might happen tomorrow.
Little did she know that her entire life would turn to 180°.
