Mr Brown was taken at gun point to the Xavier Mansion. He left his wife and his seven year old daughter in a safe house at Chicago.

 "Mr Brown, you have failed to keep your end of the bargain. We supplied good through your territory and our men were killed, our goods were destroyed. Millions of dollars have been lost. And it is all because of you," Mr Noah Xavier  shouted, hitting a gun on Mr Brown shoulder disstabilizing him.

"Your men attacked first! ,"Mr Brown stood up for himself.

 Mr Xavier's men, threw slaps at him.

"Brown, we are the overall leaders of the familia. I think you should be killed so it will serve as an example to others,"Mr Xavier said.

"Please I have a seven year old daughter,and my wife. They wouldn't have a place to go to. I am extremely sorry,"

"You said you have a daughter?,"Mr Xavier smiled cunningly.

 "I heard your wife comes from a powerful family in Italy.It won't be bad if we have ties with you. Your daughter will marry my son when she turns eighteen,"

 "I agree..to what ever condition you give. I heard Jelvin is a good boy,so I am please with the arrangements,"Mr Brown stammered.

 "Not Jelvin, I am bethrothing her to my eldest son, Trevor."

There were whispers and Mr Brown fell on the ground and held Mr Xavier's leg.

 "Sir, my daughter is seven and Trevor is eighteen already. Please reconsider your decision,"

 " Nothing is going to make me Change it. In a week we'll be coming over for the official engagement."Mr Xavier spoke.

 "Yes, sir,"Mr Brown response in fear.

  "I know that your family is in a safe house and I have been tracking your location, don't try anything funny if not you'll get severe consequences."

Mr Xavier's men took Mr Brown away. Trevor just got the news of his betrothal.

  "Congratulations man, I just heard the news.Are you happy?,"his best friend Carl asked him.

  "Happy? My father is getting me bethrothed to a child because of connections and his proud ego. I cannot even decide my own life because I am his heir,"Trevor said .

"Man, I get you. It's what you have to go through because you are from a Mafian family,"his other friend Mikel spoke.

"Guys, we'll see later. It's time for practice,"Trevor got up and changed up.

Mr Brown got home and finally met his family.

 "Baby, who are those people behind you? Why are you with a swollen eye?,"Mrs Brown asked.

She told the maid to take Kathy to her room.

 "Our men killed some of Xavier's men and all their goods were destroyed in our boundary,"he said as he was sitting down.

 "And he left you alone, he didn't kill you ? The Xaviers are merciless, they don't allow anyone that defaults to leave,"she said in concern.

"The took something in exchange for what happened," He sighed.

 "What did they take?,"she asked

 "Our daughter is getting engaged to their eldest son, Trevor,"he spilled out.

  "What! Our daughter is only Seven and he is eighteen, he is as ruthless as his father! I will not accept this,"Mrs Brown dropped down.

 "There's nothing we can do, it's only your family that can help us now,"he said.

  "My family disowned me for marrying you, and they would not accept me or my child. You should know how this works. My baby cannot marry that man," she yelled.

Kathy came downstairs.

 "Mummy , Daddy what is wrong?,"she widen her eyes when she saw her mum in tears.

 "Nothing baby, let's go upstairs,"her mother held her hand and took her to her room.
