Chapter # 1

The day dawned crisp and clear. The sun poured through my window. Another day had dawned, bringing with it some new experience. The light of dawn seeped into my room. I rubbed my bleary eyes and walked to the window. There was a pearly glow in the sky. The first rays of sunlight lit up my room. The dawn chorus of melodic birdsong drifted in. The rising sun cast a rosy hue across the morning sky. Golden fingers of sunlight lit up the scene. The just-risen sun shone softly on the city streets, bringing with it a flurry of early-morning activity.

*sigh*

I am going to be 18 next week which means I can finally meet my mate. But I just don't feel right, being the white werewolf, I am unique. what if he will try to take advantage of my abilities.

brushing off these thoughts I push the cover off me and got down the bed. walking up to the washroom to freshen up my thought went to the alpha of the Rogues Edward rogue, the alpha whom the world has witnessed to be merciless and ruthless. he is our only rival as the whites are the second strongest pack. white werewolves are rare and have special abilities. my father tried to attack the rogues several times but all in vain. two years back Edward attacked us and killed most of the white werewolves and took some as hostages. I stepped inside the warm shower to relax. next week,

Dad is planning to attack the rogues next week.it's going to be a surprise attack. it's not easy, he has already lost one of his eyes last time. he is sending me to the island of queens because I am the youngest and haven't developed all the powers to defend myself. Why is he so greedy for power. I am scared the results of this greediness and selfishness won't be good. I sighed and stepped out of the shower and wrapped a towel around my body. I threw a pair of clothes on my body and went down to the dining hall to have breakfast. Julia, my personal maid, was setting up the table. Although according to the rules everyone should be present when the alpha enters. But being the youngest brat why would I listen to the orders, so basically right now everyone is glaring at me. I silently sat on my chair and look up at Julia who was looking at me with a done look. She always says that she comes early in the morning to my room to wake me up, I bet she lies.

"Mia, have u packed your stuff? you are leaving after two days." Dad said looking at me with raised eyebrows.

I noded, lazy to speak anything.

my step-siblings were glaring at me. well, I am my dad's favorite. so this favoritism always bothers my two stepbrothers whereas my twin elder brother and sister do nothing except spoil me.

"words mia," my elder brother Liam said without looking at me.

"Yes," I said in a faint voice.

"shouldn't she participates in the war as well" my stepbrothers Alex opened his mouth and dragged shit out of his mouth.

and his dear and my stepbrother Dane nodded in agreement and said: "Dad we started training when we were just 4".

"well she is a girl," Liam said defendingly not bothering to look up.

"well, your twin is also a girl," Alex said glaring at Liam.

"I can't confirm if u r a girl anyway," Dane said smirking.

this made my blood boil., just because lia has a taste of a tomboy doesn't mean that Dane will speak shit.

"Dane, I guess you need an eye exam," dad said giving a creepy smile to Dane.

I chuckled but covered it as a cough. everyone shifted their eyes on me. Liam and lia smiled while Dane and Alex would have eaten me raw if dad and Liam weren't here.

Well, dad does defend us but it doesn't mean we are his favorite. it is just because Liam, Lia, and me; three of us are white werewolves. Dane and Alex are simple wolves.

another reason both the brothers are jealous of us.

"enough, I think tomorrow the whales will provide us the weapons we need," Liam said getting all serious.

"We should start the preparation and if possible we should attack them this week," dad said glaring from his only eye at the air like a picture of Edward is floating over the air.

"Mia you done?" lia asked looking at me.

"yep" I replied pushing the unfinished plate.

"ok then follow me, we will start the preparation as soon as you leave." lia stood up from her chair and started walking towards my room with trailing behind her like a witch's shadow.

I sighed and jumped over my bed. this year, I would celebrate my 18th and most important birthday alone. I will finally transform into a real white wolf. I will develop all my powers. but all I wanted was Liam or lia with me on this occasion so that they can guide me. Liam is acting weird because of guilt and lia is trying her best to not let my mood go down.

But why do I feel the sensation that my alpha is somewhere near? Or perhaps he is watching me. I shrugged the thought and called over Julia to arrange my stuff. my car would be here any time soon.

I should get going.

'boom'

I flinched at the sound and got up from my bed just to hear the sirens.

"attention, rogues have attacked us" I heard the announcement.

"traitors" I can feel my wolf getting angry.
