This is the normal life of Ashina where she lives with her mother in the village of Ealdor in the kingdom of Camelot.
It's a bright sunny day, Ashina went into the woods with her mom fetching some wood for themselves, all of sudden she was dragged by unknown person. She never saw the face of that person but she was been bitten by the side of her stomach. Her mom hurried up to her but before she could reached to Ashina she's already lying on the floor unconscious. Her mom saw the bite she knew what it's was but was scared, she took Ashina to the village soscerress, there she was been given some concoction for her to regain her consciousness, after she has regained her consciousness, the sorceress take Ashina's mother to a private room where she was telling her who Ashina is going to be. But Ashina was peeping on them through the curtain holes and overheard their conversations. Ashina heard what she was going to become, but Ashina never wanted that, she only wanted her normal life.
The next day Ashina was in her room sleeping, when she had a dream seeing herself in front of a white wolf and a beast that look like a vampire, but Ashina was scared running for her life, all of sudden she wakes to find herself in the woods.
This time Ashina went to the village sorceress herself to explain what she saw in her dream. The sorceress explain to her that the spirit is now already calling her to come and safe them from the vampire's beasts. Ashina was furious looking at the sorceress saying in her thought how could she be the one to save them from the vampire beast. All of a sudden Ashina went into a trance the sorceress saw her and hold her tight to calm her down. After she has calm down the sorceress asked her what she saw but Ashina never replied to her she just walked out, but the sorceress tell her to get ready for the full Moon. Then Ashina turned back to sorceress asking what does she mean by that, but the sorceress just laughed suspensefully.
After she's has left the sorceress house, she was going to her house then she saw a person in black with his face masked standing about five feet away from her, she follow another way but the person was in front of her again, she follow another way running but she was grabbed and fell to floor. This Time the person unmasked himself and introduce himself to her say "my name is Boris and I know what have been going on with your life for the past two days now how you were been bitten by an unknown being and how you were been taken to the village sorceress". Ashina jokingly laughed and say " have you been following me around" then Boris smile and say "I must have been following you but because I know you will now become of one us" " one of you" Ashina wondered
