A screeching sound was heard as he drove into the parking lot. The people around wondered who it was with the battered old truck.
Aidan Matthews parked his truck and got out. He stood there and had a good look at his new school. Oh my, there were gasps all around from the ladies, the guys looked at him with curiosity and jealousy. The question on everyone's mind was, who is this handsome guy with the old battered truck?
Aidan is used to how people looked and behaved around him. He knows how handsome he is, and just from the way the ladies are behaving right now confirms it all.
He looked around and spotted the administration block. He was deep in thought on his way to the administration block thinking about how cool his new school was when he suddenly bumped into someone. She fell from the collision and the papers she held scattered on the ground.
Oh am so sorry, please forgive me. He kept saying it as he helped her get up from the floor. She didn't say anything but just nodded at his apology. She started gathering her things from the floor and he helped her pick them up. As he tried giving her the stuff he picked, he got a good look at her face and oh my, he became hooked, he got hypnotized by her beauty. She is an angel, she is an angel, she is my angel, those were the thoughts running through his mind. He couldn't move, couldn't speak, just kept staring at her. There was a tug on the papers he held before he became aware of himself, he realized that he had been caught staring. To cover his embarrassment, he gave her the papers. She still didn't say anything to him, she just inclined her head at him and sidestepped him. She kept going until she entered the administration office.
Aidan stood there smiling to himself, finally there is one very interesting thing in his new school. The future is looking so bright.
Lily Luciano made her way to her first class after leaving the administration office. She had completed all her requirements and collected her schedule. She was confused and disoriented because it's her first day. She was in her final year but due to situations her big brother wouldn't explain to her, she had to transfer to a new school. She wasn't happy with the decision he took but he could be very overbearing at times. She knows he loves her but she wanted a little freedom to do what she likes and not what she is forced to do. Her mind took her to the guy she met earlier at the entrance, his eyes were the first thing she noticed about him. He had the deepest of blue eyes and his face, oh she started blushing when she remembered his face. He was handsome, he could easily pass for a movie star, a model. She desperately wanted to talk to him when he spoke to her but she had remembered her brother's warning and kept quiet. She realized that she is crushing on him even though she just saw him. She had no idea what his name was, what year he was in but she just couldn't help it. A frown marred her beautiful face when she realized that she could never truly have male friends in this school.
Aidan didn't want to go through the hustle of being the new student so he decided to look for his childhood best friend who is the school's most popular student Jason.
Jason will be the one to help him sort out administration and get his schedule for him. Since Jason is very popular, it shouldn't be a problem locating his whereabout. As he went looking for his friend, he couldn't help thinking about the girl he bumped into earlier.
