"Hey, girl!" I was thrown back in my position when I heard the scream of my best friend, Penelope. "What? Just sleep more. I won't mind it," she sarcastically said, not minding that she was the one who disturbed me from sleeping.

I looked at this grumpy girl. Sometimes, I want to slit her throat for being so noisy. I felt my back hurt a little bit from lying down.

"Why are you shouting? Oh god, my back hurts," I moaned and looked around. "You see, I'm sleeping, then you were screaming like that? Are you fucking insane?" I was on the rooftop of our school, and because I was so sleepy, I fell asleep on the cemented floor.

"Hey, you didn't attend the last subject again because after breaktime, you never came back!" she exclaimed and my eyes widened.

What ?! I looked at my watch and suddenly stood up. It's 3:30! It's time to go home— no! It's time to go to work! 

"Oh my gosh!" I shouted and was still trampling on the floor.

Penelope looked at me badly so I frowned.

"I'm sorry! You know me. I always lack of sleep." 

I saw her shake her head. I scratched my neck and took my bag that I made into a pillow when I went to sleep earlier. When I looked up, I saw Penelope's forehead creased. 

"It's really dangerous when you're feeling tired! What a clinophile!" 

I just hugged my bag. I tilted my head and looked at Penelope with a big smile on my face. "I know that we have an assignment. I'll just copy your work tomorrow! Thank you, I love you!" I exclaimed and turned away from her.

"Darn it! Light! Get back here!" I heard her shout when I ran from her. I just laughed and finally got off the rooftop and went down.

I just suddenly remembered that I didn't attend our last subject earlier! Oh my god! I'll see my professor again tomorrow and for sure, she will get mad at me! I quickly got off to the campus and crossed to the street. I looked at my wrist watch, I still have 20 minutes to walk, get dressed and get to the cafe where I work part-time after my class or if I have free time.

I laughed when I remembered my friend's reaction earlier. Penelope is my alarm clock! A human-like alarm clock! She'd seen me sleeping for so many times and she's always the one waking me up! I hope she's just an alarm clock, then I'll take her home and put her on the side bed. When I'm not with her during our break time, I immediately go straight to the rooftop to sit there and always take a nap. She already knew where to look for me if I am nowhere to be found. 

I noticed those people looking at me while I'm walking, maybe they were wondering, because I was laughing alone, this is really how it is when I lack sleep. I'm going crazy!
