The 'Korhli' gave the army of ten who stood at attention, listening attentively to his words, a moment to process his previous announcement before speaking again.

"Lapis Occultus, is not just an element of power to assuage our greed and satisfy the parts of us that seek to control that which is not worthy of us. It is our heritage, the very foundation of our existance"  His subjects  always gave him the attention and devotion he not only deserved but had rightfully earned as the leader of his people, better known to the rest of Azzuire as 'The band  the Abjured', which was just fancy talk for 'immortals who did not conform'. Feared and hated by about every species because of their acceptance of mixed breed immortals and Immortals who engaged in same sex mating. Theirs were where all those who faced execution because of a deformity lived and thrived together.

"Millions of years ago the Witches of West Azzuire were shunned, hunted and tortured because of everything they were, just like we are today. They made the Philosophers Stone, it belongs to them, represents everything they had aside from each other. That stone is my destiny, my inheritance, and I will not let those werewolves keep it for themselves." He looked around at the nodding faces of his fiercest warriors, proud of the determination he saw on their faces, pride he would never express. Such expressions begat confidence and he had no desire to lead confident individuals.

"I do not care what has to be done, what rules must be broken, whose blood needs to to be spilled and who has to be a casualty. We will burn the earth to the ground if needed.  "

Halexa Bvark was the king's most trusted guard. She was the only one who knew of his plans besides his familiar. A woman of the order of the faes and vampires, a hybrid, she was graceful, wise and discreet in everything she did. She was invaluable to the king and his cause.

"I was able to get ahold of a cellphone your of Miss Helen's, but I am unable to find someone to hack into it and track the calls she made to the other members. The phone is highly encrypted." She reported, straight to the point like the king liked. She did not act too familiar with him. Or suck up. Or hide her failures. It has made her stand out from the ten high guards he had been training.

Her white hair was tied into a high ponytail, the typical uniform of pants and tight long-sleeved shirt made by mermaids as magical armour for the high guards fit her like a glove. She, like most immortals, was gorgeous and tall, and if it weren't for her apparent appreciation of women, the king would have bedded her as well.

"What do you suggest we do?" He asked, eyeing the woman thoughtfully

"It would be best if we used the 'the dark web' as humans call it, to find someone who can access the phone. Humans have always been better with technology after all. These men are hiding in the human world, so we'll have to get a human to find them gor us."

The king nodded." Hmm. That's something to look into. Isn't it? You go and get some rest and get all your....needs fulfilled. I need you to lead the way to Azzuire tomorrow. We have more shipments coming in. I trust you'll make sure everything goes smoothly."

"There's no way else, your majesty." She responded, bowing before the king before walking off.
